Overnight Access
Westchester County Airport is open 24 hours a day. While airport authorities and security personnel permit passengers with early morning flights or overnight connections to stay inside the terminal, amenities are minimal. Travelers must remain in the public landside area overnight, as TSA security checkpoints close down late in the evening and the departure concourse is cleared.
Sleeping and Resting Areas
There are no designated rest zones, sleep pods, or lay-flat seating. The quietest area of the terminal at night is the third-floor observation deck, which features a few benches and little foot traffic. Since terminal seating has fixed armrests and nighttime temperatures can be chilly, bringing warm clothing, a travel blanket, and earplugs is recommended to block out aircraft and maintenance noise.
Luggage
There are no luggage lockers or left-luggage services, meaning travelers must keep their baggage with them at all times until airline check-in desks open in the morning.
Overnight Food and Drinks
Restaurants, bars, and cafes close around 9:00 pm and remain closed overnight. No hot food outlets operate during the early morning hours, so passengers should purchase food in advance or rely on terminal vending machines.
Security and Wi-Fi
Security personnel are on duty throughout the night. The complimentary airport Wi-Fi network operates 24/7, providing connectivity for electronic devices.
Other 24-Hour Services
Public restrooms, baby changing stations, and the second-floor ATM remain accessible overnight.
