Plaza Premium Lounge

  • Location: Mezzanine, Schengen area.
  • Opening hours: From 4:30 am to 10:00 pm.
  • Maximum stay: 2 hours.
  • Services: Refreshments, showers, newspapers and magazines, air conditioning, drinks, Wi-Fi.

Prima Vista Lounge

  • Location: Schengen area, mezzanine, A gates.

Terminal 3

British Airways Lounge

  • Location: Located in the boarding area.
  • Opening hours: From 5:15 am to 8:30 pm.

  • Access: Gold Executive Club/Silver members, First and Business Class passengers of British Airways and oneworld airlines, Emerald or Sapphire members.

ITA Airways Piazza di Spagna

  • Location: Near gates E11-E24.
  • Opening hours: From 6:00 am to 11:00 pm.

  • Location: Non-Schengen area, ground floor, near gates E51-61.

The Emirates Lounge

  • Location: Gates E22-E24.
  • Opening hours: Open from 11:00 am to 2:35 pm and from 5:00 pm to 8:30 pm.
  • Services: Newspapers and magazines, meals and drinks.
  • Access: With Skywards Gold/Platinum membership, Emirates Business Class and First Class passengers.

Numerous options can be found in all terminals, including restaurants, cafés, bars, fast food outlets, pizzerias, ice-cream shops and bakeries.

24-Hour Options: For services available 24 hours a day, you can find establishments such as Alemagna, Caffè Kimbo, Caffè Napoli, Caffè Vergnano, EXKI, Panella.

Shopping

Passengers will find a wide variety of shops, including duty-free stores in the boarding areas of Terminal 1 and in halls B, C, D and E. There are also fashion shops, bookshops, newsagents, souvenir shops, electronics, accessories, jewellery, regional products, perfumes, cosmetics and tobacco.

Baggage

  • Luggage trolleys: Available free of charge.
  • Porter service: For assistance with your luggage.
  • Baggage wrapping service: Available in Terminals 1 and 3. Terminal 1 hours: 3:30 am to 9:00 pm. Terminal 3 hours: 4:30 am to 9:00 pm.
  • Luggage storage: Located in the international arrivals area of Terminal 3, operating from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm.
  • Lost and found office: Located in the arrivals hall of Terminal 3, operating Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. You can contact them via email at lostfoundadr@adr.it.
