Boarding Area

OMA Premium Lounge

Location: Main departure lounge, past the security inspection checkpoint.

Hours: Daily from 5:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Amenities: High-speed Wi-Fi, work and relaxation spaces, flight information monitors, coffee, snacks, and up to 3 complimentary alcoholic beverages or beers per adult (starting at 12:00 pm). Maximum stay is 3 hours.

Access: Priority Pass, LoungeKey, or DragonPass memberships; partner bank cards; preferential rate with Parking Pass card ($350 MXN); or through online pass reservation on OMA's official website. Children under 5 enter free when accompanied by an adult.

• Currency Exchange: Currency exchange counter located in the public area.

Food and Dining

The Sotoleando by MERA restaurant and café operates in the public hall from 5:00 am to 9:00 pm daily. Vending machines for drinks and snacks are also situated throughout the terminal.

Shopping

In the public area, travelers can find The Market express convenience store. Past security in the departure lounge, regional specialty stores offer handicrafts, traditional sweets, souvenirs, and apparel, including Durango Western, Casa Ulama, Borreguito, and Cazzorra.

Luggage

• Luggage Wrapping: SECURE WRAP protective luggage wrapping service in the concourse before check-in counters, from 4:30 am to 7:30 pm.
• Lost and Found: Managed by airport security on the upper floor/administrative area, Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Tel +52 618 118 7015 ext. 4109, email: [email protected]).

Other Services

An automated external defibrillator (AED) and basic emergency medical assistance are available at the security checkpoints.
