Boarding Area

OMA Premium Lounge

Location: Past the security screening checkpoint, in the main boarding hall.

Hours: Monday through Sunday from 5:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Services: Complimentary beverages (coffee, soft drinks, and up to three alcoholic beverages per adult), light snacks, high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, workstations, and flight information monitors.

Access: Cardholders with Priority Pass or LoungeKey memberships. Walk-in Day Pass entry is available for $600 MXN at the door (children under 5 enter free), or $350 MXN upon presentation of an OMA Parking Pass card.

The terminal provides key passenger facilities across its two levels.

Finance and Connectivity

• ATMs: Cash machines from several banking institutions located in public areas.
• Currency Exchange: Bureau open Monday to Saturday from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm and Sundays from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
• Wi-Fi and Device Charging: Wireless internet access throughout the building, along with charging outlets and dedicated workstations in departure areas.

Food and Drinks

Coffee shops, Mexican dining restaurants, bars, and fast-food outlets available on the upper level and inside the boarding lounge.

Shopping

Convenience stores, newsstands, regional crafts and souvenir shops, as well as travel accessories.

Luggage Services

• Luggage Wrapping: Protective wrapping service in the departures concourse (5:00 am to 10:00 pm).
• Lost and Found: Handled by airport security administration on the south side of the terminal. Open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm (Tel: +52 656 409 0477).
• Luggage Storage: The airport has no left-luggage office or storage lockers available.
