Location: Central hall past security checkpoint, located between the entrances to Concourses A and B.

Hours: Daily from 4:10 am to 8:30 pm.

Amenities: Complimentary hot and cold buffet dishes, full-service bar serving alcoholic and specialty beverages, barista coffee, high-speed Wi-Fi, workstations with printing capabilities, TV seating, and flight monitors arranged across six themed relaxation zones.

Access: Members of Priority Pass, LoungeKey, and Diners Club International; or walk-in day passes available for USD 60.00 (discounted to USD 51.00 for AAA members). Children under 2 enter free.

Shopping and Retail

Retail stores feature Hudson Discover Charleston, Hudson Nonstop (cashierless automated convenience store), Evolve by Hudson, Sunglass Hut, Veranda News, and Tech on the Go. There is no permanent duty-free store in the terminal.

Luggage and Lost Property

Self-service luggage carts are situated at carousel 1 in baggage claim and on level 1 of the parking garage (USD 6.00, with a USD 0.25 refund upon return). Due to federal TSA security regulations, left luggage and storage lockers are not offered. Lost and found inquiries are managed by the aviation authority through the online Boomerang platform.

Other Amenities

A commemorative memorial honoring Mother Emanuel AME Church is situated in the central terminal lobby, along with public mailing drop boxes.
