Overnight stays are not permitted inside Chattanooga Airport. While airfield operations run around the clock, the passenger terminal building closes nightly between 12:00 a.m. (midnight) and 4:30 a.m. (or following the arrival of the last scheduled flight).

Overnight Services & Alternatives

During overnight hours, all dining outlets, shops, and customer service counters remain closed. The airport does not feature luggage storage facilities or passenger showers. Terminal security is monitored 24/7 by the Airport Police, and free Wi-Fi remains active. Travelers with early morning flights or overnight delays are advised to book accommodations in the nearby Brainerd Road or Hamilton Place hotel corridors.

Several accommodations in the Hamilton Place commercial area provide complimentary shuttle transfers upon prior arrangement:

Hotel shuttle pick-ups take place at the designated ground transportation island outside the baggage claim exit.
