Columbia Metropolitan Airport does not feature commercial airline lounges or independent lounge networks (such as Priority Pass or DragonPass). It does, however, host a military hospitality center.

Public Area

USO Lounge

Location: Lower level public atrium, adjacent to the baggage claim hall.

Hours: Typically open daily from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.

Amenities: Reclining lounge seating, quiet rest area, televisions, computer workstations, printing services, internet connectivity, and complimentary snacks and beverages.

Access: Free exclusive access for active-duty and retired members of the U.S. Armed Forces and their immediate family members with valid military ID.

Columbia Metropolitan Airport offers a range of passenger services and amenities across both terminal levels to ensure a comfortable travel experience.

Financial Services and Connectivity

• Wi-Fi: High-speed wireless internet access is available free of charge throughout the entire terminal.
• ATMs: Cash machines are located both in the landside lobby and within the post-security departure concourse.
• Business Center: Dedicated business workstation space for passengers situated in the post-security area.

Note: The airport does not have dedicated currency exchange booths.

Dining

Landside pre-security dining features The Friendly Caterer To-Go in the Grand Hall. Past the security checkpoint, the Runway Food Court hosts dining options including Jimmy John's, Dunkin', Samuel Adams Columbia Brewhouse, and specialty coffee at Red Eye Express Coffee.

Shopping

Operated by Paradies Lagardère, retail stores including Three Rivers, Explore Columbia, and Vista Trading provide newspapers, books, snacks, local gifts, and travel essentials both before and after the security checkpoint. Duty-free shopping is not available.

Baggage and Lost & Found

Skycap curbside porter assistance is available outside the upper level entrance. The airport does not offer luggage storage lockers or holding facilities due to security regulations. Lost items in public terminal areas are handled via the web-based CAE Lost and Found system or by emailing [email protected].

Other Services

An Interfaith and Meditation Room is located airside past the security checkpoint. Furthermore, non-traveling guests can obtain an Experience CAE Guest Pass to access airside restaurants and retail facilities between 4:00 am and 7:00 pm.
