Airside (Post-Security)

The Club BWI

Location: Concourse D, post-security, on the Upper Level near Gate D10.

Hours: Open daily from 4:15 am to 10:30 pm.

Services: Buffet with hot and cold snacks, full-service bar with premium alcoholic drinks, high-speed Wi-Fi, productivity workstations with power outlets, TV, and digital reading materials.

Access: Accessible to Priority Pass, LoungeKey, and Diners Club members. Single-entry day passes can also be purchased online or at the door (subject to capacity).

Minute Suites

Location: Concourse C, post-security, near Gate C3.

Hours: Open 24 hours.

Services: Private soundproof suites equipped with daybed sofas, work desks, smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, and individual climate controls.

Access: Priority Pass and LoungeKey members receive one complimentary hour (subject to availability). Additional hourly time and overnight stays are available for purchase.

Chesapeake Club Lounge

Location: Concourse E (International Terminal), post-security, near Gates E1 and E4.

Hours: Coordinated around international flight departure schedules (typically 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, with morning availability on select days).

Services: Assorted light meals and snacks, full bar service, seating lounges, workstations, and Wi-Fi.

Access: Business- or first-class passengers traveling on British Airways and oneworld partner airlines (Emerald or Sapphire tiers), as well as eligible international premium flyers.

Landside (Pre-Security)

USO International Gateway Lounge

Location: Lower Level, Concourse E area, adjacent to baggage claim carousel 17 and Door 14 (pre-security public area).

Hours: Open daily from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Services: Complimentary snack bar, large 72-inch TV lounge, family area with cribs and toys, computer lab with internet, secure military baggage storage, and a quiet sleeping room with wake-up call service.

Access: Free, exclusive admission for active-duty U.S. military personnel, reserve and National Guard members, military retirees, and their eligible dependents with valid military ID.

 Facilities and other services

Baltimore Airport features a comprehensive passenger service infrastructure that includes free digital connectivity, full banking facilities, diverse retail options, and health amenities.

Wi-Fi: Wireless internet access is complimentary throughout all public areas and gate concourses in the terminal.

Financial Services: A full-service M&T Bank branch is located on the Upper Level near Door 1 (by Checkpoint A), supplemented by ATMs across both levels (next to M&T Bank, near the Concourse D exit, at baggage claim 5, and near Lower Level doors 9, 13, and 18). Currency exchange desks serve international passengers.

Device Charging: Power outlets and charging stations are integrated into boarding area seating, alongside FuelRod automated mobile charging exchange kiosks located in Concourses A, B, and D.

Dining

Dining choices include coffee shops, grab-and-go outlets, casual dining spots, and full-service restaurants, with high concentrations in the A/B Food Court and concourse connectors. Most establishments operate from 5:00 am through the final scheduled departure.

• Regional Flavors: Maryland favorites include Phillips Seafood and The Greene Turtle in Concourses B and D.
• Hydration Stations: Free bottle-filling fountains are located in Concourses B (near gates B2 and B8), C (near C2 and C9), D (across from Greene Turtle and near gates D11, D20, and D23), and E (near gates E1, E4, and E6).

Shopping

The terminal features newsstands (Hudson News), bookshops, travel convenience stores, and specialty retailers such as InMotion Entertainment, MAC Cosmetics, and TUMI, along with Duty Free shopping in International Concourse E.

Baggage and Lost & Found

In accordance with TSA security regulations, the airport does not provide luggage storage or locker facilities. For lost property:

• Items lost in common terminal areas: Managed by Smarte Carte on the Upper Level, between the American Airlines ticket counters and the Concourse C exit. • Health and Wellness: Roam Fitness, located post-security in the D/E connector, provides gym equipment, private showers, and workout gear rentals. The airport also offers the BWI Cardio Trail, featuring marked walking loops inside the terminal.

• Meditation Room: An interfaith prayer and quiet room located on the Upper Level behind ticketing, between Concourses C and D.
