Sala VIP LATAM - Third floor, opposite gate A1. Open from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm and from 10:00 pm to 1:00 am. Only for international flights. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Air conditioning, beverages, Wi-Fi, TV, snacks, showers, newspapers, magazines, telephones, workstations. The Lounge Bogotá - First floor, after the security checkpoint for the south concourse. Open 24 hours a day. Only for passengers in transit and domestic flights. Maximum stay: 4 hours. The airport has a bank (Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 6:30 pm, Sunday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm), ATMs, currency exchange bureaux (24 hours a day), VIP lounges, cell phone services and free Wi-Fi access in 30-minute sessions (plus premium access for a fee).

What is there to eat?

There is a food court on the mezzanine level of the main terminal and another in the restricted area of the international pier. Restaurants, pizzerias, fast food outlets, ice cream parlors, coffee shops and bars are available. Several of the available options are open 24 hours a day.

Where are the Duty-Free and what other shopping options are there?

Duty-free stores are located at Terminal 1 Piers A, B, C and D. There are also shops selling souvenirs, handicrafts, flowers, jewelry, accessories, clothing, cosmetics, perfumes, electronics, tobacco, liquor, books.

Where can I find the luggage storage service?

Luggage storage is available 24 hours a day on the first floor, opposite gate 11 (Tel +57 314 293 6447).

Where can I find luggage carts?

Trolleys are available in the baggage claim areas and on the first floor of the public area, gates 3, 4, 10 and 11. It is self-service and has a deposit value, which is returned when the trolley is returned to its place.

Where can I claim if I lose my belongings?

The lost and found office is located on the second floor of Terminal 1, opposite gate 5, and operates between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm (Tel +57 601 439 7070 ext. 5112; online form).
