Next to gate 71 (only for domestic flights - from 5:00 am to 9:30 pm) and by gate 32 (only for international flights - from 4:00 am to 10:30 pm). Maximum stay: 3 hours.

Copa Club

It is located near gate 45 and it is only available for international flights.

El Dorado Lounge

Across from gate 47. Maximum stay: 6 hours.
Services: Cinema, games room, children's area, massage chairs, spa, computers, refreshments, showers, newspapers and magazines, telephones, Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, beverages, conference facilities, fax.
Access: With Priority Pass, LoungeKey or Diners Club membership, or by paying at the door (USD32.00).
Opening hours: 24 hours a day.

Sala VIP LATAM

Third floor, in front of gates 34-35. Only for international flights. Maximum stay: 3 hours.
Services: Air conditioning, drinks, Wi-Fi, TV, snacks, showers, newspapers, magazines, telephones, workstations.
Access: With Priority Pass or Diners Club membership, business or premium economy class passengers from LATAM, LATAM Pass Premium, Comodoro Silver or Pass Black passengers, first and business-class passengers from Oneworld airlines, Emerald or Sapphire members, or by paying at the door (USD40.00).
Opening hours: 6:00 am to 1:00 am.

Sala American Express

Two lounges located next to gate 76 (domestic area) and next to gate 45 (international area).
Services: Air conditioning, press, Wi-Fi, TV, sandwiches, buffet, drinks.
Access: American Express card holders.
Opening hours: 5:00 am to 10:00 pm.

The Lounge Bogotá

First floor, through the duty-free area. Only for in-transit passengers and domestic flights. Maximum stay: 4 hours.
Services: Quiet area, beds, cinema, children's area, workstations, computers, refreshments, drinks, Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, press, conference facilities, fax.
Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey or Diners Club membership.

Financial services

The airport has a bank (Mondays through Fridays from 7:00 am to 6:30 pm, Saturdays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Sundays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm), ATMs, currency exchange bureaus (24 hours a day), VIP lounges, mobile phone services and free Wi-Fi access.

Eating and drinking

There is a food court on the mezzanine level of the main terminal and another one inside the restricted area of the international building. Restaurants, pizza places, fast-food outlets, ice-cream stores, coffee shops and bars are available. Some of them are: Juan Valdez Café, McDonald's, Burger King, Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks, Subway, Sushi Tequila, Pastelitos, among others.

Where to find the Duty Free and other shops?

Duty-free shops are on floors 1 and 2 of the international terminal, souvenirs, handicrafts, flowers, jewellery, accessories, clothing, cosmetics, perfumes, electronics, tobacco, liquor, books. Some of them are: Bogotá Duty Free, Bogotá Dufry Shopping, Carolina Herrera, Columbia, Pandora, Sunglass Hut, among others.

Where to find the left luggage services?

A 24-hour left luggage service is available in the southwest area of the first floor, through door 1.

Luggage wrapping services

Secure wrapping services are available on floors 1 and 2 of Terminal 1 (Tel +57 601 346 1664).

Luggage carts at the airport

Luggage carts are available free of charge. Only a deposit is paid, which you can get back when the cart is returned. It is self-service and can be found in the baggage reclaim areas.

Lost and Found

The lost and found office is located on floor 2 of Terminal 1 and operates between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm (Tel +57 601 439 7070 ext. 5112; e-mail: [email protected]; online form).
