Travelers who present a valid international certificate for full vaccination against COVID-19, with the use of an approved vaccine, are exempt from quarantine, private transportation, and notification to local authorities requirements. Travelers can provide their EU digital certificate on paper or digitally as proof of vaccination or negative test result. Health documents provided in this way will not require additional verification on arrival. Travelers must self-isolate for 5 days upon arrival at their own residence or accommodation. A molecular or antigen smear test will be administered at the end of this period.
Upon arrival, proof of a negative COVID-19 molecular test, taken within the previous 72 hours, must be presented. Alternatively, a negative antigen smear test can be provided, taken within the previous 24 hours. Individuals arriving without valid test results will be required to quarantine for 5 days and undergo molecular or antigen swab testing at the end of this period.
