Belfast Airport features an exclusive VIP lounge designed to provide a relaxed and productive environment for passengers before their flight, located after security in the departures area.

Causeway Lounge

The lounge is located on the upper level of the terminal, near gates 16 and 17. It offers a panoramic view of the runway and the Antrim Hills, providing a comfortable space away from the bustle of the common areas.

The lounge opens daily at 5:00 am. Closing times vary:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 pm
• Saturdays: 6:00 pm
• Sundays: 8:00 pm

Services: Visitors can enjoy a buffet including hot and cold snacks, a selection of alcoholic beverages and soft drinks, high-speed Wi-Fi, charging stations for electronic devices, television, and a wide range of newspapers and magazines. The lounge also features a business area and a designated family zone.

Maximum stay: 2 hours (access is usually permitted up to 3 hours before the scheduled departure of the flight).

Access: Entry is available to members of Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass or Diners Club programmes. Access is also possible by booking in advance via the official website or by paying directly at the lounge reception (subject to availability).

The airport has ATMs from the Travelex network located throughout the public areas as well as in the departures zone after security. You will also find currency exchange counters operated by the same company. For travellers requiring connectivity, the airport offers free Wi-Fi for a period of 2 hours throughout the terminal.

The dining offer includes a variety of cafés, bars and fast-food restaurants. Notable outlets include Starbucks, Burger King and the Lagan Bar.

Shopping and Duty Free

In the boarding area you will find the Aelia Duty Free shop, where tax-free items such as perfumes, cosmetics and spirits can be purchased. The terminal also features WHSmith shops (books, newspapers and travel essentials) and a Boots pharmacy located before security control.

Baggage Services

• Baggage Trolleys: Available in the baggage reclaim area and the car parks. A £1 or €1 coin deposit is required.
• Lost Property: To claim items lost within the terminal, passengers must complete the official online form. The lost property office is open Monday to Friday during office hours (9:00 am to 5:00 pm).

The airport provides baby care facilities, an outdoor smoking area (departures balcony accessible after payment of a small fee), free drinking water fountains for refilling bottles, and a petrol station located at the main entrance to the airport grounds.
