International travel to Ukraine is allowed. You need to meet the requirements to ensure entry is allowed.
If another country has been visited for more than 7 days in the previous 14 days, the entry of travelers will not be allowed. There are exemptions for citizens and residents who must self-isolate for 14 days upon arrival, regardless of vaccination status. You can find a list of affected countries HERE
Foreign travelers and temporary residents must have proof of medical insurance that covers all costs of COVID-19 treatment during their stay in Ukraine. The policy must be purchased from a company registered in Ukraine. Travelers must install the 'Vdoma' mobile app. You can find more information about the 'Vdoma' application HERE
