Covid-19: Regulations for travel to Slovakia

Vaccinations and travel rules for vaccinated people

Travelers who present a valid international certificate of complete vaccination against COVID-19, using an approved vaccine, may enter without essential reason and are exempt from quarantine requirements. The final dose must have been administered at least 14 days before and no more than 6 months before departure. Those who have been vaccinated on a single dose schedule will be considered fully vaccinated after 21 days. This document must be in Slovak, Czech or English.

EU COVID digital certificate

It is mandatory to submit medical certificate / proof

Travelers must register their arrival online via the "eHranica form" prior to arrival. Additionally, a "Public Health Passenger Locator Form" must be presented upon arrival.
