International travel to Qatar is not allowed. This does not apply to permanent residents of Qatar or citizens of the member countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council.
Travelers must download and activate the Ehteraz app on their mobile phones upon arrival. This requires the use of Qatari SIM cards that can be purchased at the airport. You can find complete information about this requirement HERE
Authorized travelers presenting a valid international certificate for full COVID-19 vaccination, using an approved vaccine, will undergo antibody testing upon arrival and will be exempt from the quarantine requirement if a positive result is confirmed from the proof. Those who receive a negative test result must undergo further PCR testing and exemptions to the 7-day hotel quarantine will be revoked. The final dose must have been administered at least 14 days prior to departure. Only vaccines recognized in Qatar will be accepted. Proof of a negative PCR test, taken within the previous 72 hours, must be presented upon departure. The test must be administered in facilities approved by the Ministry of Public Health. All passengers are subject to health checks on arrival, such as temperature checks and visual evaluation. More health tests may be required for those showing symptoms of COVID-19.
