Next to gate E77, open from 6:30 am to 11:30 pm. Restaurant, bar, workstations, Wi-Fi. Access: Air Canada international business class passengers.

Air France - KLM Lounge

Available only for international flights from 8:00 am to 8:30 pm (Monday, Wednesday and Friday until 6:00 pm) above gate C33 in Terminal 3. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Computers, snacks, beverages, fax, TV, air conditioning, newspapers and magazines, Wi-Fi. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass, Diners Club or Delta Sky Club membership, Air France or KLM business class passengers, Flying Blue Gold/Platinum/Silver members, SkyTeam airlines first or business class passengers, SkyTeam Elite Plus members, by booking online or paying at the door (USD40.00).

American Airlines Admirals Club

Situated on the Terminal 3 transit level, open from 5:00 am to 7:00 pm. Wi-Fi, computers, snacks, TV, newspapers, magazines, beverages. Access: American Airlines Admirals Club or Alaska Lounge+ members, American Airlines or Oneworld airlines first or business class passengers, Emerald or Sapphire members, AAdvantage Executive Platinum/Platinum Pro/Platinum Pro/Platinum or ConciergeKey passengers, paying at the door (USD59.00).

Plaza Premium Lounge

There are six lounges with different locations and schedules and facilities include computers, refreshments, showers, newspapers and magazines, telephones, fax, TV, air conditioning, beverages, Wi-Fi. Maximum stay: 2 hours. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, by online reservation or by paying at the door (USD49.00).

Terminal 1:

- Level 3, domestic boarding area, to the right of gate D20 (5:30 am to 10:00 pm)
- International Departures Hall, level 3, opposite gate E77 (5:30 am to 10:00 pm)
- Between gates F33 and F55 (5:30 am to 9:00 pm)

Terminal 3:

- Between gates B22 and B24 (5:30 am to 10:00 pm)
- By gate C32, on the AT level (5:30 am to 1:00 am)

Facilities and other services

 
The airport has banks (6:00 am to 10:00 pm), ATMs, currency exchange bureaus (4:00 am to 0:00 am), mailboxes, VIP lounges, cell phone services, power outlets, pay phones and free Wi-Fi access. The Sheraton Gateway Hotel, located adjacent to Terminal 3, has a fully equipped business center and meeting facilities.

Food and Drinks

There is a large selection of vending machines, restaurants, coffee shops, fast food outlets and bars in both terminals, some open 24 hours: A&W, Booster Juice, Osmow's Shawarma, Starbucks, Subway, Tim Horton's, Wendy's.

Shopping

Numerous stores are available on the premises, including duty-free shops after the security checkpoint, convenience stores, boutiques, clothing, accessories, newspapers, cosmetics, jewelry, candy, electronics.

Baggage

Free luggage trolleys in the terminals and parking lots. 24-hour porters on the Arrivals level of both terminals (Tel +1 647 724 5092 / 5097). Protective baggage sealing next to hallways 2, 7 and 13 in Terminal 1 (7:00 am to 10:30 pm) and next to check-in area 5 in Terminal 3 (9:00 am to 10:30 pm). Left-luggage service in the Arrivals area of Terminal 1 (5:00 am to 11:00 pm) and the check-in hall of Terminal 3 (5:00 am to 9:00 pm). Lost and found office on the ground floor of Terminal 1, between gates R and S, available Monday through Friday between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm (online form).
