Toronto Pearson Airport offers a wide range of lounges across both terminals, providing spaces for relaxation, dining and business services for domestic, international and transborder (to the United States) flights.

Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounges

There are several Air Canada lounges in Terminal 1, designed for different types of routes:

• Terminal 1 Domestic: Located on Level 3, near gate D20.
• Terminal 1 International: Located on Level 3, near gate E77.
• Terminal 1 Transborder: Located on Level 4, near gate F84.
• Air Canada Café: A more streamlined concept located in Terminal 1 Domestic, near gate D20.

Services: Hot and cold meals, bar with a selection of wines and spirits, high-speed Wi-Fi, workstations and showers (at selected locations).

Access: Air Canada or Star Alliance business class passengers, Star Alliance Gold members, holders of selected credit cards (such as TD or CIBC Aeroplan Visa Infinite Privilege), and Air Canada Maple Leaf Club members.

Air Canada Signature Suite

Located in Terminal 1 International (gate E77), this is an exclusive space offering a premium dining experience with an à la carte menu designed by renowned chefs.

Access: Exclusively for passengers travelling in Air Canada Signature Class on international flights (upgrades and selected reward tickets excluded).

Plaza Premium Lounges

This network includes six lounges open to all passengers, regardless of airline or class of travel. The maximum stay allowed is 2 hours.

• Terminal 1: Locations in the Domestic (gate D20) and Transborder (F gates) areas.
• Terminal 3: Locations in the Domestic (gate B24), International (gate C33) and Transborder (gate A10) areas.

Services: International buffet, bar, seating areas, Wi-Fi and showers (subject to availability).

Access: Members of Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass and Diners Club. Entry is also available by paying at the door (approximately $50.00 – $65.00 CAD).

Air France - KLM Lounge

Located in Terminal 3, above gate C33. It offers a refined environment with runway views and is available for international flights. Maximum stay is 3 hours.

Services: Gourmet snacks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, Wi-Fi, international newspapers and workstations.

Access: Business class passengers of Air France, KLM and SkyTeam partners, SkyTeam Elite Plus members, and users of Priority Pass or LoungeKey.

American Airlines Admirals Club

Located in Terminal 3, in the departures area for the United States (Transborder), near gate A15.

Services: Snacks, complimentary bar, Wi-Fi and personalised flight assistance.

Access: Admirals Club members, business or first class passengers of American Airlines or Oneworld partners, and members with Oneworld Emerald or Sapphire status.

The airport offers an extensive range of services designed to meet every traveller’s needs, from financial services to wellbeing and personal care.

Financial services and communication

In both terminals you will find CIBC bank branches (generally from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm), ATMs located in public and boarding areas, and currency exchange offices operated by ICE (International Currency Exchange). The airport provides free and unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi, mobile device charging stations and local telephony services.

Dining

The dining offer is highly varied, with signature restaurants, international chains and bars.

24-hour services: For passengers travelling overnight, options available around the clock include Tim Hortons, Starbucks, A&W and Subway in various locations across both terminals. Snack and beverage vending machines are also available in arrivals and departures areas.

Shopping

The airport features extensive Duty Free areas after security. There are also convenience shops (7-Eleven, Relay), pharmacies, luxury brand boutiques, electronics stores, bookshops and outlets selling local souvenirs and sportswear.

Baggage

• Trolleys: Available free of charge in terminals and parking areas.
• Baggage storage: Service operated by Excess Baggage Company. Located in Terminal 1 (arrivals level) and Terminal 3 (departures level).
• Protective wrapping: Available at the check-in level in both terminals to secure luggage before check-in.
• Lost property: Managed via an official online form. The physical office is located in Terminal 1, ground floor, and operates Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Health and wellbeing

• Gym: Terminal 1 houses a GoodLife Fitness centre (arrivals level), offering showers and sportswear rental.
• Medical care: There is a health clinic and pharmacies in both terminals for minor consultations or purchasing medication.
• Spas and beauty: Massage, manicure and hairdressing services are available in boarding areas to relax before your flight.

Other services

The airport also features nursing rooms and Mamava pods for greater privacy, children’s play areas, multi-faith chapels, rotating art exhibitions and pet relief areas for service animals. For business travellers, the Sheraton Gateway hotel, connected to Terminal 3, offers meeting rooms and full business services.
