Spending the night at the airport
Vancouver airport is a practical and spacious place where to spend the night, and there are many things to do while you wait for your flight departure. Keep in mind that the security staff can ask for your ticket to let you stay inside the enclosure.
Where to rest: Many benches are long and do not have armrests, making them ideal for laying down, especially those located in the international area and the baggage reclaim hall. There are also several VIP lounges for those passengers with a bigger budget. That found next to gate 53 opens 24 hours a day. On the other hand, inside the airport grounds is located a hotel, in addition to several options in the surroundings with shuttle services.
Baggage: Luggage storage offices on level 2 of the Main Terminal, available from 5:00 am to 1:00 am.
Eating and drinking: On level 3 you will find several options open during the night.
Restrooms: Showers only inside some of the VIP lounges.
Wi-Fi: Free and unlimited access.
Other services available around the clock: ATMs, currency exchange bureaus, duty-free stores, quiet area, children's playgrounds, baby changing facility.
