The ground transportation office is located on Level 1 of the multi-level parking garage (Parkade P1), in the car rental corridor.
Light Rail (O-Train)
Line 4 (Airport Link) directly connects the airport with South Keys station in a journey of approximately 8 minutes. From there, passengers can make an immediate transfer to Line 2 (Trillium Line) to travel toward downtown (Bayview station) or farther south. The service operates with an approximate frequency of 12 minutes (24 minutes on weekends).
The airport station is connected to Level 3 of the terminal (north end). Payment is made at the fare gates using a ticket, Presto card, debit card, or mobile device.
Hours: Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 12:00 am; Saturdays from 6:30 am to 12:00 am; Sundays from 7:30 am to 11:30 pm.
Buses
The OC Transpo public transportation network offers services connecting the terminal with various parts of the city. The fare is approximately CAD 4.00 (payable by credit card, debit card, or Presto card).
- Route 105: This service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with a frequency of 30 minutes. It connects the airport with Hurdman, Tremblay (Via Rail train station), and St-Laurent stations.
- Night Service: During the hours when the O-Train is not operating, additional bus connections are available to downtown (Rideau and Hurdman).

Unless otherwise indicated, passenger pick-up and drop-off for all services takes place in the lane closest to the terminal on Level 1 (arrivals).
Taxis
Vehicles are available 24 hours a day outside the arrivals area (Level 1), lined up in front of the central door. Passenger drop-off takes place on Level 3 (departures). The trip to downtown Ottawa takes about 20 minutes, and the fare is metered, generally ranging between CAD 30.00 and CAD 50.00. Authorized companies include Blue Line Taxi, Crystal Taxi, and West-Way Taxi.
Ride-sharing (Uber)
The pick-up points for ride-sharing app services are located between columns 12 and 13 on the outer curb of Level 1 (arrivals). Passenger pick-up and drop-off take place in the lane farthest from the terminal. Passenger pick-up is not permitted on Level 3 (departures).
