Overnight Stays & Hours of Operation

Chapecó Airport is not designed nor recommended for overnight stays. While runways and air traffic control operate 24 hours, the passenger terminal closes its doors following the last daily flight (around 22:00) and reopens between 04:00 and 04:30 for early morning flights.

Resting Areas & Nighttime Services

No dining outlets, shops, lounges, or baggage services remain open through the night, as commercial facilities shut down by 21:00. Waiting room seats are fitted with armrests, making it difficult to lie down. For long overnight layovers, staying at nearby accommodations along the access road, such as the North Hotel Aeroporto (located 2-3 km away), is strongly recommended.
