Cathay Pacific Lounge - Level 4 of Terminal 1. Temporarily closed. Meals, drinks, workstations, Wi-Fi, luggage storage, press. China Airlines Dynasty Lounge - Lounges located on the fourth floor of both terminals. Temporarily closed. Workstations, food, beverages, Wi-Fi, press, showers, TV. Access: with DragonPass, Dynasty Gold, Emerald or Paragon membership, first or business class passengers from China Airlines and SkyTeam airlines, SkyTeam Elite Plus members.

EVA Air The Club - Terminal 2, fourth floor. From 5:30 am to 11:30 pm. Showers, baby changing room, drinks, snacks, newspapers, magazines, Wi-Fi, TV. Access: with Infinity MileageLands Diamond, Gold or Silver membership.

EVA Air The Garden - Available from 5:30 am to 11:30 pm on the fourth floor of Terminal 2. Business center, baby changing facilities, showers, beverages, snacks, press, Wi-Fi, TV. Access: with MileageLands Diamond.

EVA Air The Infinity - Open from 4:30 am to 11:30 pm and situated on the fourth floor of Terminal 2. Business center, showers, nursing room, refreshments, beverages, press, Wi-Fi, TV. Access: with MileageLands Diamond, first or business class passengers from EVA Air and Star Alliance airlines.

EVA Air The Star - Level 4 of Terminal 2, open from 5:30 am to 11:30 pm. Business centre, showers, nursery, drinks, snacks, newspapers, magazines, Wi-Fi, TV. Access: with MileageLands Diamond or Gold membership, first or business class passengers from EVA Air and Star Alliance airlines, Star Alliance Gold members.

Oriental Club Lounge - Level 4 of Terminal 2, open from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Gym, massage chairs, conference facilities, computers, refreshments, showers, press, fax, TV, air conditioning, drinks, Wi-Fi. Access: with Priority Pass, DragonPass or Diners Club membership.

Plaza Premium Lounge - Lounges located in zones C and D of Terminal 1 (6:00 am to 10:00 pm) and zones A and A1 of Terminal 2 (5:00 am to 11:00 pm). Maximum stay of 3 hours. TV, air conditioning, newspapers, magazines, Wi-Fi, snacks, beverages, fax, showers. Access: with DragonPass membership, through online booking or by paying at the door.

Singapore Airlines SilverKris Lounge - Terminal 2, level 4. Temporarily closed. Meals and drinks, Wi-Fi, showers, TV. Access: with PPS Club or KrisFlyer Elite Gold membership, first or business class passengers from Singapore Airlines and Star Alliance airlines, Star Alliance Gold members.

Starlux Galactic Lounge - Fourth floor of Terminal 1. Temporarily closed. Plugs for electric devices, food and beverages, newspapers and magazines, Wi-Fi. Access: with Cosmile Explorer or Insighter membership, business-class passengers from Starlux Airlines.

Facilities and other services

The airport has banks (24 hours a day), currency exchange bureaus (24 hours a day), ATMs, post offices, VIP lounges, mobile phone services and free Wi-Fi access. There is a business centre on the fourth floor of Terminal 2 with executive services and meeting rooms.

Food and Drinks

Eastern and Western restaurants, fast food outlets, coffee shops, bars and bakeries both in the public area and the Departures sector. McDonald's, Rovii Coffee and Espressamente Illy are open 24 hours a day.

Shopping

Duty-free shops on the second and third floors of the terminals, convenience stores on level B1 of Terminal 1 and on the fifth floor of Terminal 2, toys, handicrafts, souvenirs, clothing, accessories, jewellery, books, music, electronics.

Baggage

Left luggage services around the clock on the first floor of Terminal 1 (Tel +886 3263 9972 / 1138) and on the first and third floors of Terminal 2 (Tel +886 3263 9372 / 1521). The lost and found offices are located in the baggage reclaim areas (Tel +886 3398 2538; online form).
