Terminal 1

Air New Zealand International Lounge - Near gate 59. Temporarily closed. Light refreshments, bar, Wi-Fi, business facilities, newspapers, magazines, TV, showers. Access: with Koru Club, United Club, Air Canada Maple Leaf Club, Airpoints Gold or Elite membership, business class passengers from Air New Zealand, Delta Air Lines, Philippine Airlines or Sichuan Airlines, first or business class passengers from Star Alliance airlines, Star Alliance Gold members.

American Express Lounge - Next to gate 55. Temporarily closed. TV, newspapers, magazines, bar, food, showers, Wi-Fi. Access: American Express Platinum or Centurion cardholders.

Emirates Lounge - It is located next to gate 58. Temporarily closed. Gourmet food, drinks, Wi-Fi, showers. Access: with Skywards Gold or Platinum membership, first and business class passengers from Emirates.

Plaza Premium Lounge - Available from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm next to gates 25 and 26. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, snacks, drinks, showers, TV. Access: with DragonPass membership or by paying at the door ($49.50).

Qantas International Business Lounge - On level 3. Temporarily closed. Food, beverages, showers, Wi-Fi, computers, children's area, newspapers and magazines. Access: with Qantas Platinum One, Platinum Frequent Flyer, Gold Frequent Flyer, Qantas Club, Emirates Platinum or Gold Skyward membership, first or business class passengers from Qantas, Emirates and Oneworld airlines, Emerald or Sapphire members.

Qantas International First Lounge - Level 4, open from 6:30 am to 11:00 am and from 12:45 pm until the last flight. Restaurant, bar, spa, showers, Wi-Fi, computers, meeting rooms, private suites, library, newspapers and magazines. Access: with Qantas Platinum One, Platinum Frequent Flyer or Emirates Platinum Skyward membership, first-class passengers from Qantas, Emirates and Oneworld airlines, Emerald members.

Singapore Airlines SilverKris Lounge - It is found near gate 59 and opens from 6:00 am to 9:00 am and from 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Selection of warm food and light snacks, Wi-Fi, showers, TV. Access: with PPS Club or KrisFlyer Elite Gold membership, first or business class passengers from Singapore Airlines or Star Alliance airlines, Star Alliance Gold members.

SkyTeam Lounge - Situated next to gate 24. Temporarily closed. Plugs for electric devices, Wi-Fi, business centre, complimentary refreshments, showers, massage chairs, TV. Access: with DragonPass membership, first or business class passengers from SkyTeam airlines, SkyTeam Elite Plus members, through online booking or by paying at the door.

The House - By gates 51-63, available from Tuesday to Sunday between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Food, beverages, showers, Wi-Fi, press, plugs for electric devices. Access: with Priority Pass, DragonPass, Etihad Guest Gold or Platinum membership, first or business class passengers from Etihad Airways, or by paying at the door.

Terminal 2

Rex Lounge - By gate G2. It opens Mondays through Fridays between 5:30 am and 7:00 pm, Saturdays from 5:30 am to 5:00 pm, Sundays from 5:00 am to 7:00 pm. Wi-Fi, business centre, massage chairs, TV, drinks, computers, refreshments, air conditioning, press, telephones. Access: with Priority Pass, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, or by paying at the door.

Virgin Australia Lounge - To the right of the food court after the security control. Available from 60 minutes before the first flight until the last. Courtesy food and drinks, showers, TV, Wi-Fi, newspapers and magazines, business facilities. Access: with Velocity Platinum or Gold membership, business class passengers from Virgin Australia, or by paying at the door.

Terminal 3

Qantas Club - Located on the Departures level, across from gates 4 and 5. It opens three hours before each Qantas service until the last. Snacks, bar, showers, Wi-Fi, computers, children's area, newspapers, magazines. Access: with Qantas Platinum One, Platinum Frequent Flyer, Gold Frequent Flyer, Qantas Club, Emirates Platinum or Gold Skyward membership, first or business class passengers from Qantas, Emirates and Oneworld airlines, Emerald or Sapphire members.

Sydney airport (SYD)

The airport has ATMs, currency exchange bureau (5:15 am to 8:00 pm), post office, VIP lounges, public telephones, plugs for electric devices, mobile phone services, internet kiosks and Wi-Fi access free of charge. Conference rooms on level 3 of Terminal 1.

Food and Drinks

Restaurants with regional and international food, cafés, bars, bakeries, pizza places, fast food outlets.

Shopping

Duty-free articles in Terminal 1, books and magazines, fashion and accessories, gifts, cosmetics, jewellery, perfumes, regional products, press, electronics, sweets, flowers. Convenience store in the Arrivals Hall of Terminal 3.

Baggage

Trolleys outside the terminals and in the baggage reclaim halls. Secure luggage on the Departures level of Terminal 1, opposite check-in desk D, from 5:00 am to 9:00 pm. Luggage storage on the Arrivals level of Terminal 1, temporarily unavailable (Tel +61 296 670 926). Lost and found service on level 3 of Terminal 1, open from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (online form). For property lost in Terminal 3, contact Qantas at Tel +61 299 529 312 / 1300 653 077.
