Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, all regular services and hours may be subject to change. Thus, if the idea is to spend the night in the public area, consider a plan B in case the stay inside the airport is only allowed for those who are close to boarding.
Spending the night at the airport
Lamezia Terme airport does not have many comfortable places to get some rest. Therefore, it is recommended to have a sleeping bag, blankets, a mask and earplugs.
Where to rest: Most seats have armrests, so your best option will be to lay on the floor. If you have a bigger budget, you can check-in in one of the hotels in the surroundings, which in some cases operate shuttle services.
Baggage: There are no left-luggage offices inside the terminal.
Eating and drinking: Commercial stores close at night, but there are vending machines with drinks and snacks throughout the enclosure.
Wi-Fi: Free for 30 minutes.
Other services available around the clock: ATMs, first aid clinic.
You can find accommodations nearby, some of them with transfer services for their guests.
