International travel to Indonesia is allowed for vaccinated travelers with valid visas. There are exceptions for unvaccinated citizens and those traveling for "essential reasons". You need to meet the requirements to ensure entry is allowed.
Foreign travelers must have a valid visa to enter. Full details can be found HERE If another country has been visited in the previous 14 days that is considered high risk, travelers will not be allowed to enter. The list of countries can be found HERE
Travelers must present a valid printed or digital international certificate for full vaccination or one dose against COVID-19. The final dose must have been administered at least 14 days prior to departure. Citizens who have not received a full vaccination should be vaccinated during the quarantine period.
Fully vaccinated travelers must be quarantined for 3 days in a quarantine hotel. Travelers with a dose of a vaccine must be quarantined for 5 days in a quarantine hotel. An RT-PCR test will be administered at the end of the quarantine period and those who test negative will be released from quarantine. Travelers must present proof of prepaid booking.
Upon arrival, proof of a negative PCR test must be presented, taken within the previous 72 hours.

All passengers are subject to health checks on arrival, such as temperature checks and visual evaluation. More health tests may be required for those showing symptoms of COVID-19.
An 'Indonesian Health Alert Card' (eHAC) must be completed and the generated QR code must be presented on arrival. Travelers need to download the 'eHAC Indonesia' app to complete the form. Additionally, foreign travelers must present proof of travel insurance.
