Public area

Zenith VIP Lounge

Location: ground floor of the public concourse (landside), next to the arrivals hall.

Hours: from 08:00 to 20:30.

Services: food and beverage buffet, private meeting room, Wi-Fi, comfortable seating, and VIP golf-cart shuttle to the security checkpoint.

Access: DragonPass and Visa Airport Companion members (eligible cards), or single-entry pass purchased at the desk (up to 3 hours stay).

Boarding area

The Lounge São José do Rio Preto

Location: ground floor of the domestic boarding lounge (past security screening), next to the restrooms near gate 4.

Hours: from 04:00 to 21:00.

Services: hot and cold drinks, snacks, Wi-Fi, flight monitors, workstations, and comfortable seating.

Access: Priority Pass, LoungeKey, and Mastercard Airport Experiences members, or through eligible bank partnerships.

The passenger terminal provides essential travel amenities and retail options across both the public concourse and the departure area.

Finance and Connectivity

• Wi-Fi: wireless internet access available throughout common areas of the terminal.
• ATMs: multi-bank cash machines located in the main concourse.

Coffee shops and quick-service food outlets located in both the public landside area and the boarding lounge.

Shopping

Convenience stores, newsstands, and regional gift shops in the main hall and airside areas.

Luggage Services

Luggage carts available for passengers and protective luggage wrapping services. Permanent luggage storage or lockers are not available at the terminal.

Other Services

Lost and found service managed by ASP (Aeroportos Paulistas). There are no currency exchange booths or commercial pharmacies within the airport building.
