W Premium Lounge - São João (Domestic)

This is the main lounge for domestic passengers, featuring a design inspired by regional festivals.

Location: Domestic departures area (airside), near Gate 7. After passing through security, turn left.

Hours: Open 24 hours.

Services: Buffet with hot and cold food, bar options (including alcoholic beverages), high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, device charging outlets, and shower facilities (for an additional fee or subject to availability depending on the type of access).

W Premium Lounge - Frevo (International)

This space is exclusively dedicated to travelers on international routes, offering a quiet and sophisticated environment.

Location: International departures area (airside), after passport control and security, above Gate 17.

Hours: Open 24 hours.

Services: Premium food selection, a variety of beverages, comfortable seating areas, free Wi-Fi, and workstations.

Access: Visa Airport Companion (DragonPass) users. Direct agreements with participating banks are also accepted.

W Airport Rooms

An innovative offering located in the public area, ideal for connecting passengers or travelers who arrive at the airport well in advance of their flight.

Location: Public area (Landside), on the ground floor, near the Domestic Arrivals area.

Hours: Open 24 hours.

Features: This lounge offers private rest cabins (Sleep Pods), Wi-Fi, snacks, and beverages. It is an option for resting without having to enter the departures area.

Access: Visa Airport Companion (generally limited to a stay of up to 3 hours, depending on the card's benefits).

Facilities and other services

The airport offers modern infrastructure with a wide range of services designed for passenger comfort. Most retail and dining establishments are located on the first floor and in the food court, operating extended hours to accommodate overnight flights.

Wi-Fi: The airport provides a free, high-speed Wi-Fi network throughout the terminal called ".AEROPORTO-WIFI-GRATIS-AENA".

Financial Services: ATMs operated by Banco24Horas, Banco do Brasil, Bradesco, Itaú, and Santander are available on the ground and first floors. Currency exchange services are provided by Global Exchange and Europa Câmbio, with locations in the international arrivals area and the public hall.

Dining

The main food court is located on the first floor and offers panoramic views of the runway. There are options to suit a variety of tastes, ranging from fast food to regional dishes.

24-Hour Options: Several establishments remain open around the clock, including Casa do Pão de Queijo, Living Heineken, Deltaexpresso, and Sweets Café.

Shopping

The airport has convenience stores, bookstores, electronics shops, and fashion retailers. Regional product stores are a highlight, offering the traditional Bolo de Rolo and handicrafts from Pernambuco.

Duty Free: Duty-free shops operate in the international departures and arrivals areas. In the domestic sector, there are "Duty Paid" stores offering imported products with local taxes included.

Baggage

Baggage Storage: Automated luggage lockers are operated by StopCase. They are located on the third floor of the parking garage and are available 24 hours a day.

Luggage Wrapping: Protective luggage-wrapping stations operated by Protec Bag are located in the check-in area on the first floor.

Lost and Found

The "Achados e Perdidos" (Lost and Found) office is managed directly by Aena Brasil.

Location: First floor (Departures Level), next to the administration counters.

Hours: Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (closed on weekends and holidays).
