Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, all regular services and hours may be subject to change. Thus, if the idea is to spend the night in the public area, consider a plan B in case the stay inside the airport is only allowed for those who are close to boarding.
Spending the night at the airport
Porto Velho airport is open 24 hours a day, so you will be able to spend the night inside the enclosure if you have a flight early in the morning or if your flight is delayed.
Where to rest: As there are not many comfortable spots inside the terminal, you may have to lay on the floor. Have a sleeping bag or blankets ready for a better rest. On the other hand, inside the city, you will find several accommodations that can offer a transfer if you book in advance.
Baggage: The enclosure does not have a luggage storage office.
Eating and drinking: Several options open throughout the night inside the terminal.
Wi-Fi: Access for a fee.
The nearest accommodations, located inside the city, include:

Hotel Tropical (5.4 km/3.4 miles)
