International travel to Papua New Guinea is not allowed. This restriction does not apply to nationals or those with the written approval of the 'National Pandemic Controller'.

Travelers must present a valid international certificate for full vaccination against COVID-19, with the use of an approved vaccine. This does not apply to citizens and residents who will be subject to quarantine requirements. Foreign travelers will not be allowed to enter without proof of vaccination.
Proof of a negative PCR test, taken within the preceding 72 hours, must be provided prior to departure.
A COVID-19 test will be administered to all arrivals.
All arrivals are subject to monitoring through an approved tracking device or tracking app, at the traveler's expense.
An online health statement must be completed within 24 hours prior to departure. This will generate a barcode that travelers must provide during check-in. An air passenger travel form must also be completed prior to departure.
