The application 'MySejahtera' must be downloaded. Arriving persons may be required to wear a wristband for monitoring purposes.
Residents who present a valid international certificate for full COVID-19 vaccination, using an approved vaccine, can complete a shorter 7-day quarantine period at a government-approved facility. Travelers should be tested for COVID-19 on the fifth day. Travelers can request home quarantine between 7 and 10 days before the trip. During the application process, travelers must provide the travel itinerary, passport, visa, vaccination certificate, and residential address. Travelers must be quarantined for 10 days in a government-approved facility. Travelers must be tested for COVID-19 on the eighth day. All costs for quarantine and testing are borne by the traveler. Vaccinated travelers should only be quarantined for a 7-day period at a government-approved facility.
Upon arrival, proof of a negative RT-PCR test, taken within the previous 72 hours, must be presented.
Travelers are subject to COVID-19 testing upon arrival.
