The airport features two VIP lounges located on the first floor past the security screening checkpoint:

Departures Area

W Premium Lounge (W Lounge Navegantes)

Location: First floor, next to gate 1, past security screening and X-ray checks.

Hours: Daily from 4:00 am to 9:00 pm (maximum stay: 3 hours).

Services: Meeting rooms, computer workstations with printers, Wi-Fi, snacks, hot and cold beverages (including alcoholic drinks), power sockets, and air conditioning.

Access: Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass, or Diners Club memberships; eligible Visa Infinite, MasterCard Black, or Elo Diners Club cardholders; or walk-in day pass purchase at the door (W Pass).

The Lounge Navegantes

Location: First floor, in the boarding area past security control.

Hours: Daily from 3:00 am to 8:00 pm.

Services: 220 m² lounge with seating for 70 passengers, private business center work booths, snack buffet, bar, children's corner (kids club), Wi-Fi, and relaxation area.

Access: Priority Pass or LoungeKey memberships, or by purchasing a single-entry day pass at reception.

The terminal offers a complete range of traveler amenities and services spread across both levels:

Money and Connectivity

  • ATMs: Located in the terminal's common areas.
  • Currency exchange: Currency exchange office operating from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
  • Internet access: Free Wi-Fi network available throughout the terminal for passengers.

Bars, cafes, ice cream parlors, and fast food establishments located on both the ground and first floors, in public and boarding areas.

Retail stores selling local handicrafts, souvenirs, apparel, accessories, books, regional sweets, flowers, and electronics. The terminal does not have a pharmacy.

Baggage Services

Protective luggage wrapping service on the ground floor from 5:00 am to 9:00 pm and luggage trolleys available. The lost and found office operates on the first floor (6:00 am to 0:00 am) and through concession customer service channels.
