Official taxi service is provided by JUTA Taxi and JCAL Taxi, with a travel time of 10 to 15 minutes to downtown Montego Bay or the Jimmy Cliff Boulevard (Hip Strip) area. To travel to other cities such as Ocho Rios, Kingston, or Negril, you can take regular Knutsford Express buses or arrange private and shared tourist transfers at the counters of authorized inbound tour operators.

No. The terminal building normally closes overnight (approximately between 11:00 pm and 5:00 am) after the departure of the last scheduled flight. For security reasons, overnight stays are not permitted in the waiting areas or boarding area. If you have a long overnight layover or an early-morning flight, it is recommended that you book accommodation at nearby guesthouses or hotels located less than 10 minutes away by taxi.
For airport security reasons, the terminal does not have public lockers or baggage storage services available to the general public. The only temporary luggage storage service is available exclusively to users who access the Club Mobay Arrivals Lounge in the ground transportation hall.
The airport has two Club Mobay lounges: the departures lounge (located on the Mezzanine level opposite Gate 12) and the arrivals lounge (in the ground transportation hall). You can access them by presenting membership cards such as Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass, or Diners Club, reserving your spot online in advance, or paying the admission fee at reception, always subject to available capacity.
Yes. You will find currency exchange counters operated by Global Exchange in the public departures and arrivals areas, as well as in the boarding area. There are also ATMs operated by Jamaican banks in the check-in lobby and arrivals area.
If your checked baggage does not arrive or is damaged, you should report it directly to your airline's staff in the baggage claim area before leaving the restricted area. If you lose a personal item in the airport's common areas, you should go to the lost and found and security office located in the arrivals lobby or complete the official online form.
