Covid-19: Regulations for travel to Jamaica

Travelers who present a valid international certificate of complete vaccination against COVID-19, using an approved vaccine, will have a shortened 8-day quarantine period.

Vaccinated travelers who are eligible for home quarantine have the option to be tested after arrival and those who receive a negative test result will be released from quarantine. Travelers who can provide both a valid vaccination certificate and a valid negative PCR test are exempt from quarantine requirements.

Vaccinated business travelers who test negative on arrival RT-PCR are exempt from the "Stay at address intended for business travelers" measures. The final dose must have been administered at least 14 days prior to departure.

Quarantine is in effect upon arrival

Travelers will be screened upon arrival and must be quarantined for 14 days. Those who test negative must follow different measures depending on their category of traveler. Those who test positive will be isolated in a place decided by the Health Authorities.

Tourists in the 'Resilient Corridor' program must stay in the hotel or resort, but can leave the hotel room following the 'Stay in Resilient Corridor' control measure. Other tourists will be asked to self-quarantine.

Business travelers must undergo RT-PCR testing upon arrival and quarantine until a negative result is confirmed. Those who test negative are released from quarantine, but must follow the 'Stay in the intended direction for business travelers' measure for the duration of their stay. Residents can self-quarantine in their own home or accommodation. You can find more information about quarantine requirements HERE

It is mandatory to submit medical certificate / proof
