Terminal 2

The Coral International Arrival Lounge - Located on the first floor, after immigration controls and baggage claim. Opens from 6:00 am to 12:00 am. Wi-Fi, drinks, snacks, smoking room, newspapers and magazines, air conditioning. Access: pay at the door.

Terminal 3

Bangkok Airways Blue Ribbon Lounge - Second floor, next to gate 4, open from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Wi-Fi, snacks, newspapers and magazines, TV. Coral Beach (Coral Executive Lounge) - Located next to gate 6 and opens from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. Maximum stay: 3 hours.  Facilities and other services

The airport has currency exchange offices (24 hours), ATMs, VIP lounges, mobile phone services, power outlets for electronic devices, and free Wi-Fi access (60-minute renewable sessions, up to 2 hours total). Smoking areas are located outside the terminal building; the interior is a smoke-free space.

Terminal 2 (international) and Terminal 3 (domestic) are connected by a walkway on level 2 of the International Terminal; the walk between them takes approximately 10 minutes.

Passengers from eligible countries can obtain a visa on arrival at the immigration counters in Terminal 2. It is recommended to have the form completed and the exact amount in cash (2,000 baht) to speed up the process, which may have long waits during peak hours. Since May 2025, it is also mandatory to complete the Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) before boarding the flight at tdac.immigration.go.th.

Keep in mind that Phuket Airport is known for baggage delivery delays during peak traffic hours, especially during high season (November-April). It is recommended to allow extra time if you have a tight ground connection.

Food & Beverages

Restaurants, fast-food outlets, coffee shops, and ice cream parlors in both terminals. Some options are open 24 hours. On the ground floor of the arrivals area, there is also a 7-Eleven store with a seating area, useful for nighttime layovers. The airport also has massage and spa services with traditional Thai massage options.

Shopping

Duty-free shops in the departures area of Terminal 2 (international), convenience stores, souvenirs, fashion and accessories, books, toys, flowers, tobacco, and alcoholic beverages. Passengers with eligible purchases can request VAT refund at the designated counter before passing through security control.

Luggage

Protective luggage wrapping service available 24 hours in the transit area of Terminal 2, entrance 3. There is also luggage storage and paid lockers in both terminals.

In case of lost luggage, go to the lost and found office located on the third floor of Terminal 2 (information counter), available 24 hours (Tel +66 76 352 302), or complete the online form. For items forgotten on board the aircraft, contact the corresponding airline's baggage service directly.

Other services

Prayer room, nursery room, instant photography services, pharmacy, children's entertainment area, travel agencies. The airport also has wheelchairs and assistance for people with reduced mobility (request in advance from the airline).
