Terminal 2

ACV Lounge – Fourth floor, next to gate 31. Available from 6:00 am to 1:00 am. Maximum stay is 3 hours. Air conditioning, drinks, power outlets, family room, baby changing facilities, smoking area, meals, luggage storage, Wi-Fi, showers, telephones, massage chairs, fax, newspapers and magazines. Access: with DragonPass membership.

Song Hong Business Lounge Ha Noi – Next to gate 28, on the fourth floor, open from 6:30 am to 2:00 am, with a maximum stay of 3 hours. Facilities and other services

The airport has a bank, currency exchange offices, ATMs, VIP lounges, power outlets for electronic devices, and free Wi-Fi access.

Food & Drink

There are cafés, fast food outlets, and restaurants both before and after security control in both terminals. Big Bowl has locations in both terminals and is open 24 hours a day.

Shopping

Duty-free shops are located on the first and third floors of Terminal 2, along with stores selling souvenirs, gifts, books, clothing, local products.

Luggage

Free trolleys in the Arrivals and Departures Halls. Baggage wrapping services on the second floor of Terminal 1 (Halls A, B, and E) and the third floor of Terminal 2. Luggage storage on the second floor of the east wing of Terminal 2 (Tel +84 24 3587 6599).
