Terminal 1

ASG Sky Lounge - Opened in May 2025, located in Hall E, next to gate 13, in the domestic departures area. Capacity: 100 people. Mini cinema, spa, Vietnamese food, drinks, Wi-Fi, press, power outlets. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Access: with DragonPass or Visa Airport Companion membership, or pay at the door.

First Lounge by Bamboo Airways - Third floor, Hall A-B, next to gate 4, in the departures area. Open from 5:00 am until the last flight. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Air conditioning, meals, showers, smoking area, luggage storage, power outlets, family room, Wi-Fi, massage chairs, computers, drinks, press, conference room. Access: with DragonPass membership, Bamboo Club Diamond/First, or Bamboo Airways business class passengers. Note: since Bamboo Airways is restructuring its network in 2025, it is recommended to check availability before your flight.

SH Premium Lounge Ha Noi - Third floor, near gate 5, after security control. Available from 4:30 am to 11:00 pm. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Smoking area (outdoor), luggage storage, shoe shine, computers, air conditioning, drinks, Wi-Fi, TV, snacks, showers, press. Children under 5 free. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass, or Diners Club membership, or through an access pass purchased at Lounge Pass, or pay at the door (~450,000-600,000 VND).

Vietnam Airlines Lotus Lounge - Third floor, next to gate D. Open from 4:00 am to 11:00 pm. Maximum stay: 2 hours. Snacks, Wi-Fi, newspapers and magazines, TV, computers, drinks, air conditioning, massage chairs, showers. Access: with DragonPass or Visa Airport Companion membership, LotusMiles Gold/Platinum, Vietnam Airlines, Pacific Airlines, or Vasco business class passengers, and SkyTeam Elite Plus airlines. Walk-in available at the Vietnam Airlines check-in counter (~550,000-650,000 VND).

Terminal 2

NIA/ACV Business Lounge - The largest contract lounge in Terminal 2, with approximately 1,500 m² and capacity for 400 people. Fourth floor, West Wing, between gates 30 and 31. Operates from the first to the last flight of the day. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Asian and Western buffet, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, showers, massage chairs, smoking area, family room, baby care facilities, luggage storage, runway views. Access: with Priority Pass, DragonPass, or Visa Airport Companion membership, or through an access pass purchased at Lounge Pass, or pay at the door (~700,000-900,000 VND, ~USD27-34).

NASCO Business Lounge - Terminal 2, international departures area. Access: with Priority Pass, DragonPass membership, or pay at the door. Standard executive lounge amenities: buffet, drinks, Wi-Fi, showers.

SH Premium Lounge Ha Noi - Fourth floor, next to gate 28. Open from 6:30 am to 2:00 am. Maximum stay: 3 hours. The most highly rated by international travelers for its local cuisine (pho, bun bo, traditional Vietnamese dishes). Smoking area, luggage storage, shoe shine, computers, air conditioning, drinks, Wi-Fi, TV, showers, press. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass, or Diners Club membership, or through an access pass purchased at Lounge Pass, or pay at the door (~USD27-34).

Vietnam Airlines Lotus Lounge - Level 4, next to gate 28. Open from 5:00 am to 1:00 am. Maximum stay: 2 hours. Printers, Wi-Fi, TV, showers, massage chairs, smoking area, air conditioning, snacks, press, drinks, computers. Considered the best lounge at the airport for Vietnam Airlines travelers for its design and food offering. Access: with DragonPass or Visa Airport Companion membership, LotusMiles Gold/Platinum, Vietnam Airlines, Pacific Airlines, or Vasco business class passengers, and SkyTeam Elite Plus airlines. Walk-in available (~550,000-650,000 VND).

Facilities and other services

The airport has a bank, currency exchange offices, and ATMs in the arrivals hall of both terminals, VIP lounges, power outlets and charging points for electronic devices throughout the terminal, and free Wi-Fi access — connect to the @Airport Free Wifi – Goldsun network and enter your details on the login page. There are also post offices and SIM card sales counters for operators Viettel, Mobifone, and Vinaphone in front of the baggage claim area at T2 (75,000-250,000 VND depending on the plan; Viettel is recommended for better coverage in rural areas of the north).

For long layovers, the airport has sleeping pods (individual rest cabins with bed, Wi-Fi, TV, snacks, and air conditioning) on the 3rd floor of Terminal 1 and the 2nd floor of Terminal 2. Approximate rate: 329,000 VND per cabin. Reservations at hanoiairporthotels.vn.

Food & Beverages

There are coffee shops, fast-food outlets, and restaurants before and after security control in both terminals. Among the brands present are Highlands Coffee, Pho 24, KFC, and Big Bowl. Terminal 2 has a better food offering than Terminal 1. Some outlets may be open 24 hours; check at the information counter upon arrival, especially for nighttime arrivals.

Shopping

Duty-free shops in the departures area on the third floor of Terminal 2 (6:00-22:00), with luxury brands (Chanel, Dior, Lancôme), alcoholic beverages, tobacco, and souvenirs. There are also craft shops, gifts, books, clothing, and local products in both terminals. Passengers with eligible purchases can request VAT refund before checking in their luggage.

Luggage

Free carts available in the arrivals and departures halls of both terminals. Protective luggage wrapping on the second floor of Terminal 1 (halls A, B, and E) and on the third floor of Terminal 2. 24-hour luggage storage service available on the second floor of Terminal 2, east wing, with a rate of approximately 50,000-100,000 VND per piece per day. In case of lost luggage, go to the information counter at your terminal or to the Airport Security Center.

Other services

Baby care rooms, children's entertainment areas, first aid clinics in both terminals, water fountains, prayer room (available at the SH Premium Lounge in Terminal 2). Designated smoking areas on floors 3 and 4 of Terminal 2 and in signposted areas of Terminal 1.
