 Which are the Vip lounges at Chiang Mai airport (CNX) and how to access:

Bangkok Airways Blue Ribbon Lounge - Across from gate 6 of the Domestic Terminal and on level 2 of the International Terminal, open from 5:00 am to 9:30 pm. Wi-Fi, computers, snacks, drinks, newspapers and magazines, TV. Access: with DragonPass, Boutique Premier Service or FlyerBonus Premier membership, business class passengers from Bangkok Airways, or by paying at the door.

Thai Royal Silk Lounge - They are located in the Departures Hall of the Domestic Terminal and next to gate 8 of the International Terminal. They open from 5:00 am to 0:00 am. Refreshments, TV, newspapers, magazines, internet access. Access: with Royal Orchid Plus Gold or Diamond membership, first or business class passengers from Thai Airways and Star Alliance airlines, Star Alliance Gold members.

The Coral Executive Lounge - Open from 6:00 am to 0:00 am on the second floor of the International Terminal. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Smoking area, snacks, beverages, TV, air conditioning, newspapers and magazines, telephones, Wi-Fi. Access: with Priority Pass, Lounge Club, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, through online booking or by paying at the door.

Facilities and other services

The airport has currency exchange bureaus, ATMs, postal services, VIP rooms, mobile phone service, plugs for electric devices and Wi-Fi access free of charge for 2 hours.

Food and Drinks- On the ground floor and level 2 of the terminals there are restaurants, fast food outlets, coffee shops, bakeries and ice-cream stores. Ninety-Four Coffee, Black Canyon Coffee and Dairy Queen are open 24 hours a day.
Shopping- There is a duty-free shop on the second floor of the International Terminal. There are also convenience stores, a bookstore, souvenir stands, fashion and accessories.
Baggage- Secure wrapping and left luggage service on the first floor of both terminals (Tel +66 5327 3225 / 819 606 937). For enquiries about lost property, contact the nearest information desk.
