Diamond Lounge A - Open from 5:00 am to 9:00 pm. Situated across from gate A42. Only for Schengen flights. Air conditioning, newspapers and magazines, telephones, Wi-Fi, TV, refreshments, drinks. Access: with DragonPass, through online booking or by paying at the door (€39.00).

Diamond Lounge B - Available from 5:00 am to 9:00 pm and located opposite gates B01-B05. Only for non-Schengen flights. Air conditioning, beverages, computers, snacks, showers, newspapers, magazines, telephones, Wi-Fi. Access: with DragonPass membership, through online booking or by paying at the door (€39.00).

Sunrise Lounge - Situated next to gate A/T72, it opens from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. Snacks, telephones, children's area, Wi-Fi, newspapers and magazines, TV, computers, drinks. Access: first or business class passengers from Brussels Airlines and Star Alliance airlines, Miles & More HON Circle, Senator, Frequent Traveller or Star Alliance Gold members, or by paying at the door (€29.00).

The Loft - Situated across from gate A42. It opens from 5:00 am to 9:00 pm and provides showers, relaxation areas, buffet, bar, business centre, meeting rooms. Access: first or business class passengers from Brussels Airlines and Star Alliance airlines, Miles & More HON Circle, Senator, Frequent Traveller or Star Alliance Gold members, or by paying at the door (€29.00).

The Suite - Located opposite gate B1 and open from 5:00 am to 9:00 pm. Meals, drinks, workstations, Wi-Fi, quiet area, newspapers, magazines. Access: first or business class passengers from Brussels Airlines and Star Alliance airlines, Miles & More HON Circle, Senator, Frequent Traveller or Star Alliance Gold members, or by paying at the door (€29.00).

Facilities and other services

The airport has currency exchange bureaus (temporarily closed), ATMs, post office, VIP lounges, mobile phone and fax services, and free Wi-Fi access. The Regus Skyport Meeting Center, on the fourth floor of the terminal, has conference rooms, as well as the Sheraton Brussels Airport Hotel, in front of the main building.

Food and Drinks- Restaurants, bars, fast food outlets and coffee shops throughout the terminal. Starbucks, in the Departures Hall of Pier A, is open 24 hours a day.
Shopping- Duty-free shops in piers A and B. There are also retailers selling jewellery, souvenirs, apparel, cosmetics, alcoholic beverages, accessories, sweets, electronics, perfumes. Supermarket in the Arrivals Hall.
Baggage- Luggage trolleys available for free in the baggage reclaim area and in the car parks in front of the terminal. Porter service available. Lockers on level 0. Secure wrapping on the Departures level, from 3:30 am to 7:00 pm. Lost and found office in the Arrivals Hall, from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm (online form).
