Diamond Lounge A - Open from 5:00 am to 9:00 pm. Located opposite gate A42. Only for Schengen flights. Maximum stay: 4 hours. Printers, fax, air conditioning, beds, power outlets for electronic devices, computers, luggage storage, newspapers and magazines, telephones, Wi-Fi, TV, snacks, beverages. Access: with DragonPass or Diners Club membership, by online booking or paying at the door (€42.50).

Diamond Lounge B - Available from 5:00 am to 9:00 pm and located opposite gates B01-B05. For non-Schengen flights only. Maximum stay: 4 hours. Printers, fax, TV, air conditioning, beverages, drinks, computers, snacks, showers, newspapers, magazines, telephones, Wi-Fi, power outlets for electronic devices, luggage storage, beds. Access: with DragonPass or Diners Club membership, by online booking or paying at the door (€42.50).

Sunrise Lounge - Next to gate A/T70, open from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. Snacks, telephones, children's area, Wi-Fi, newspapers and magazines, TV, computers, drinks. Access: United Club or Air Canada Maple Leaf Club members, Brussels Airlines Bizz&Class and Flex&Fast passengers, Star Alliance first and business class passengers, Miles & More HON Circle, Senator, Frequent Traveller or Star Alliance Gold members, or paying at the gate (€29.00).

The Loft - Situated opposite gate A42. Open from 5:00 am to 8:30 pm. Showers, quiet areas, buffet, bar, business centre, meeting rooms. Access: United Club or Air Canada Maple Leaf Club members, Brussels Airlines Bizz&Class and Flex&Fast passengers, Star Alliance first and business class passengers, Miles & More HON Circle, Senator, Frequent Traveller or Star Alliance Gold members, or paying at the gate (€29.00).

Facilities and other services

 
The airport has currency exchange bureaux (6:00 am to 10:00 pm), ATMs, post office, VIP lounges, mobile phone and fax services, and free Wi-Fi access. The Regus Skyport Meeting Center, on the fourth floor of the terminal, has conference rooms, as does the Sheraton Brussels Airport Hotel, in front of the main building.

Food and Drinks

Restaurants, bars, fast food outlets and coffee shops throughout the terminal. Starbucks, in the Departures Hall, is open 24 hours a day.

Shopping

Duty-free shops in piers A and B. There are also retailers selling jewellery, souvenirs, apparel, cosmetics, alcoholic beverages, accessories, sweets, electronics, perfumes. Supermarket in the Arrivals Hall.

Baggage

Luggage trolleys available for free in all public areas. Porter service available. Lockers on level 0. Secure wrapping on the Departures level. For lost property enquiries, complete the following online form.
