Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport offers one of the most extensive lounge networks in India, with options in both the domestic and international departure areas, as well as in the arrivals zone. These spaces provide a refuge from the bustle of the terminals, with services ranging from high-quality dining to relaxation areas and shower facilities.

Terminal 1

Adani Lounge - Located on the mezzanine level, next to Gate 9. Open 24 hours a day. Maximum stay: 2 hours. Services: snacks and drinks, workstations, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, newspapers and television. Access: Priority Pass, LoungeKey or DragonPass cardholders.

Travel Club - Located opposite Gate 44, on the third floor. Open 24 hours a day. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Services: spa, massage chairs, computers, snacks, beverages, Wi-Fi and television. Access: Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass or Diners Club cardholders.

Terminal 2

Adani Lounge - Located on Level 3, next to Gate 44. Open 24 hours a day. A premium space featuring a gourmet buffet, cocktail bar, business facilities, newspapers, air conditioning and television. Access: Business and First Class passengers of selected airlines, and DragonPass members.

Adani Lounge East - Adjacent to Gate 45, next to McDonald's. Open 24 hours a day. Services include a bar, meals (including halal options), newspapers, showers (additional charge applies) and Wi-Fi. Access: Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass or Diners Club members.

Adani Silver Lounge - Located on Level 4, beyond the Duty Free area, next to Superdry. Open from 12:00 pm to 12:00 am. Services include hot and cold drinks (including premium-brand alcoholic beverages), buffet, television and Wi-Fi. Access: Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass or Diners Club members.

American Express The Centurion Lounge - Located in the domestic boarding area (Level 3), opposite Burger King. Open 24 hours a day. Offers gourmet cuisine, high-speed Wi-Fi, power outlets, newspapers and an exclusive atmosphere. Access: American Express Centurion or Platinum cardholders.

Aviserv Arrivals Lounge West & East - Located in the public arrivals area (Level 2), next to Gates A and C respectively. Open 24 hours a day. Maximum stay: 3 hours. A unique facility offering showers, sleeping pods, massages, buffet dining, Wi-Fi and conference amenities. Access: Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass and Diners Club members, or through pay-at-the-door access.

Facilities and other services

The airport offers an extensive range of facilities to meet the needs of passengers in transit or awaiting their flights, with the vast majority of essential services operating around the clock.

Communications and Financial Services

• Wi-Fi: Complimentary access is available throughout all terminals by connecting to the "#FreeWiFiByAirport" network. Logging in requires receiving an OTP code via SMS. International passengers without active roaming service can obtain a temporary access code by scanning their passport and boarding pass at the self-service information kiosks or by requesting assistance from airport staff.
• Financial services: Cash machines from several banks and currency exchange offices are available throughout both the public and airside areas.
• Business facilities: Postal services, mobile phone shops (where local SIM cards can be purchased), and workspaces or meeting rooms are available within the lounges and transit hotels of Terminal 2.

Dining

Both terminals feature a wide variety of dining options, including traditional Indian cuisine, international restaurants, fast-food chains, speciality coffee shops, bars and ice cream parlours. A significant number of these outlets remain open 24 hours a day. Notable options include McDonald's, Starbucks, KFC, Pizza Hut and Wendy's, as well as Indian dining venues such as Bikanervala, Haldiram's, Chaayos and the renowned Irani Café (a recreation of the historic Kyani & Co.) in the departures area of Terminal 2.

Shopping

The international departures area of Terminal 2 features a large duty-free shopping zone operated by Flemingo Travel Retail. In addition, the airport offers convenience stores, bookshops, clothing outlets, accessories, electronics, jewellery, cosmetics and high-quality local handicrafts.

Baggage

• Trolleys: Available free of charge in the arrivals and departures areas of both terminals.
• Baggage wrapping: Plastic wrapping services are located beside Gate 1 in Terminal 1, and on Level 4 (departures area) of Terminal 2, opposite Gates 2, 3, 4, 5, 7 and 8.
• Baggage storage: Secure facilities for storing luggage by the hour or by the day. These are located on the departure ramp of Terminal 1 and on Level 1 of the P4 car park at Terminal 2.
• Lost Property: Offices generally operate from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. They are located in the departures area of Terminal 1 (next to the police station) and in the ground transportation lobby of Terminal 2 (Level 1). Claims may be initiated through the online form.
