 Which are the Vip lounges at Mumbai airport (BOM) and how to access:

Aviserv Lounge - Level 2 of Terminal 2, next to gate A, open 24 hours a day. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Showers, food, drinks, spa, computers, Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, press, conference facilities, fax. Access: with Priority Pass, Lounge Club or DragonPass membership.

GVK Lounge - Available around the clock next to gates 40-45 and 85-86 of Terminal 2. À la carte cuisine, spa, showers, massage services, smoking area, bar, library, business center. Access: first or business class passengers.

Loyalty Lounge - Lounges located next to gates 9-12 of Terminal 1 and on the third floor of Terminal 2, open around the clock. Refreshments, newspapers and magazines, telephones, Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, drinks, computers, smoking lounge. Access: with Priority Pass, Lounge Club, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, or by paying at the door.

Travel Club - Opposite gate 44 of both terminals, available around the clock. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Facilities and other services

The airport has banks, currency exchange bureaus, ATMs, postal and mobile phone services, VIP lounges and Wi-Fi access free of charge. Regus Express, in the Arrivals Hall of Terminal 2, is a business center with workstations and meeting and conference rooms.

Food and Drinks- Both terminals have restaurants, fast food outlets, coffee shops, icecream stores and bars. AMPM, in the Departures Hall of Terminal 1, and The Beer Café, in the International Departures area of Terminal 2, are open 24 hours a day.
Shopping- Duty-free items inside Terminal 2, in addition to convenience stores, accessories, apparel, books, music, footwear, gifts, jewellery, cosmetics, toys, alcoholic beverages.
Baggage- Trolleys available for free in the Arrivals and Departures areas. Secure luggage wrapping on level 4 of Terminal 2. Luggage storage next to the exits from the terminals (Tel +91 770 099 9331 / 9332).
