Stockholm Arlanda Airport features several VIP lounges across its terminals, offering spaces designed for rest, work and high-quality dining before departure. Opening hours are generally aligned with flight schedules (from the first to the last departure), so it is recommended to check real-time availability.

Terminal 2

Pearl Lounge: Located on Level 3, after security (gates 66–67). It offers a calm environment with snacks, hot and cold drinks, high-speed Wi-Fi, workstations and international press. Access: Available via Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass, Diners Club, LoungeMe or TAV Passport memberships; walk-in payment is also accepted.

Terminal 4

Pearl Lounge: Located next to boarding gate 37. This space provides comfortable seating areas, light refreshments and Wi-Fi connectivity. Access: Available to Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass users and other approved frequent flyer programmes.

Terminal 5

60° Lounge: Located in Pier E (near gate F67). This is a modern independent lounge offering a light buffet, Wi-Fi and runway views. Access: Available via online pre-booking or direct payment at the entrance, as well as selected local banking memberships.

American Express Lounge by Pontus Frithiof: Located in the Marketplace area, near gate F26. It is one of the most exclusive lounges at the airport, operated by renowned chef Pontus Frithiof, offering a high-end dining experience in a sophisticated setting. Access: Exclusive to American Express Platinum or Centurion cardholders.

SAS Lounge: Located near gate E1. It offers a food buffet, bar, showers, meeting rooms, a children’s play area and relaxation spaces. Access: SAS or Star Alliance business class passengers, EuroBonus Gold/Diamond members and Star Alliance Gold members.

SAS Lounge by Mastercard: A relaxation space located near gate F26, offering a relaxed environment with basic café services and connectivity. Access: Holders of selected Mastercard cards (check with issuing bank).

Finance and Connectivity

The airport provides a comprehensive infrastructure that includes ATMs from the Bankomat network and currency exchange offices (Forex) located throughout all terminals and in the SkyCity building. To stay connected, the airport offers free Wi-Fi for 3 hours or 100 MB; if you require additional time or data, extended access can be purchased via the connection portal.

Dining

The food and beverage offering is highly diverse, with a strong presence of Nordic and international cuisine. The Marketplace area in Terminal 5 concentrates many of the airport’s high-end restaurants, bistros and cafés. For quick options or out-of-hours services, convenience stores such as 7-Eleven and Pressbyrån in SkyCity and the boarding areas typically operate 24 hours a day.

Shopping and Duty-Free

Duty Free shops are located in the departure areas of Terminals 2 and 5, offering a wide selection of alcohol, tobacco, perfumes and tax-free cosmetics. In the SkyCity building and throughout the terminals, you will find fashion stores, technology shops, Swedish souvenirs and bookshops. In addition, there is a pharmacy (Apotek) open to the general public in SkyCity.

Baggage Services

• Suitcase protection: Plastic wrapping and protective baggage packaging services are available in the departures halls of Terminal 5.
• Lockers: Automated storage lockers are available in Terminals 2, 4 and 5, as well as on the lower level of SkyCity.
• Left luggage and Lost Property: The service centre operated by Bagport (Smarte Carte) manages luggage storage, courier services and the lost property office. It is located on Level 1 of Terminal 5.

Other Services

The airport offers a wide range of additional facilities, including an emergency medical clinic (Airport Sky), a multi-faith chapel in Terminal 5, children’s play areas, fully equipped baby care rooms, a hairdresser and spa services in the on-site hotels. For travellers with animals, there is a pet hotel located near the airport complex.
