 Which are the Vip lounges at Stockholm Arlanda airport (ARN) and how to access:

Menzies Aurora Lounge - Departures area of Terminal 2, level 4. Temporarily closed. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Computers, air conditioning, newspapers and magazines, telephones, Wi-Fi, TV, refreshments, drinks. Access: with DragonPass or by paying at the door (€29.00).

Norrsken Lounge - Pier A of Terminal 5. Open from 5:30 am to 8:30 pm. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Computers, refreshments, beverages, fax, TV, air conditioning, press, Wi-Fi. Access: with Priority Pass, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, or by paying at the door (€26.00).

American Express Lounge by Pontus - Terminal 5, between piers A and F. Open from Sunday to Friday between 5:00 am and 8:00 pm, Saturdays from 5:00 am to 5:00 pm. Meals, Wi-Fi. Access: American Express Platinum or Centurion credit cardholders.

SAS Business Lounge - Two lounges located near gate 37 of Terminal 4 and next to gate A1 of Terminal 5. Fax, telephones, newspapers, TV, photocopiers, computers, buffet, beverages. Open 60 minutes before the first flight until 30 min. after the last. Access: business class passengers from Scandinavian Airlines and Icelandair, with SAS Plus, EuroBonus Gold, Diamond or Silver membership, first or business class passengers from Star Alliance airlines, Star Alliance Gold members.

Facilities and other services

 

The airport has ATMs, currency exchange bureaus (5:00 am to 8:00 pm), postal and fax services, VIP lounges, internet kiosks and Wi-Fi access free of charge for 3 hours. The Clarion Arlanda Airport and Radisson Blu Arlanda Airport hotels, situated inside the grounds, provide meeting and conference rooms.

Food and Drinks

Throughout the enclosure, there are numerous restaurants, coffee shops, bars, bakeries, and fast food outlets.

Shopping

Duty-free items in the Departures area of terminals 2 and 5 and the SkyCity building, in addition to retailers selling clothing, gifts, perfumes, cosmetics, electronics, flowers, accessories, jewelry, toys, footwear, books, newsagents. Supermarket in the public area of Terminal 4. Convenience stores in Terminal 5 and the SkyCity building.

Baggage

Lockers in the public area of terminals 2, 4 and 5 and in the SkyCity building. Secure wrapping and lost and found office on level 1 of Terminal 5, Mondays through Fridays between 6:00 am and 5:00 pm and weekends from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm (Tel +46 104 100 200).
