Overnight layover guide. Sleeping facilities in the public zone or boarding area
Spending the night at the airport
Arlanda airport operates with numerous international flights, so there is a lot of movement, but it is usually quieter at night. Although it is open 24 hours a day, it is possible that Terminal 3 closes for a few hours. The place can get pretty cold, so it is best to have a sleeping bag or blankets.
Where to rest: You can find numerous seats and couches throughout the enclosure (the best ones are located next to gate F33), especially in the SkyCity building, inside which the upper floors are quieter. In terminals 2, 4 and 5, there are VIP lounges with more amenities, but they close at night. Lastly, inside the SkyCity building, you will find a couple of hotels.
Baggage: There are lockers so you can forget about your bags until check-in time.
Eating and drinking: Commercial stores close at night.
Wi-Fi: Free for 3 hours.
Other services available around the clock: ATMs, children's play areas, baby changing rooms.
