The airport features a wide variety of VIP lounges, mainly divided by zones (Schengen and Non-Schengen). Most are identified by numbers that are clearly displayed on the yellow signs.

Aspire Lounge 26 (Schengen)

A functional space ideal for working or relaxing before flights within Europe.

Location: Departures Area 1 (Schengen), second level, following the signs to "Lounge 26".

Opening hours: 6:00 am - 9:00 pm (may vary by season).

Services: Wi-Fi, drinks, light snacks, work areas.

Access: Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass, Diners Club, LoungeMe, TAV Passport, Aspire Annual Membership, pay at the door (€40.00).

Aspire Lounge 41 (Non-Schengen)

Main lounge for intercontinental flights or flights to the United Kingdom, offering panoramic views of the apron.

Location: Departures Areas 2 and 3 (Non-Schengen), upper level.

Opening hours: 6:00 am - 9:00 pm.

Services: Showers (extra fee or depending on membership), hot and cold buffet, bar, Wi-Fi.

Access: Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass, Diners Club, LoungeMe, TAV Passport, Aspire Annual Membership, pay at the door (€40.00).

KLM Crown Lounges

These are the airport’s flagship lounges, divided into two locations:

  • Lounge 25 (Schengen): Located in Departures Area 1. Offers buffet, work areas and Wi-Fi.
  • Lounge 52 (Non-Schengen): Located between piers E and F. This is the main lounge, featuring a restaurant, sleeping cabins (extra fee), showers and an outdoor terrace.

Opening hours: From 4:45 am to 10:00 pm.

Access: KLM/Air France Business Class passengers and SkyTeam partners, Flying Blue Silver/Gold/Platinum members and SkyTeam Elite Plus.

Privium Lounges

Exclusive to members of the Privium programme (with iris scan). Known for their high-end design.

  • ClubLounge Departures: Before security screening (Landside), behind check-in 9. Ideal for waiting before check-in.
  • ClubLounge West: Non-Schengen zone, Holland Boulevard (Pier E). Offers showers and à la carte meals.
  • ExpressLounge: Schengen zone, beginning of Pier D. For a quick stop.

Star Alliance Lounge

Modern design inspired by Dutch culture.

Location: Schengen zone, second level, D gates.

Opening hours: 5:30 am - 9:00 pm.

Access: Star Alliance Business/First passengers and Star Alliance Gold members.

oneworld Lounge

One of the most recent additions, offering an elegant and spacious environment.

Location: Non-Schengen zone, third floor, between gates D and E.

Opening hours: 5:30 am - 10:00 pm.

Access: oneworld airline Business/First passengers and Emerald or Sapphire status holders.

Finance and Connectivity

The airport has currency exchange offices and ATMs located both in Schiphol Plaza (public area) and in the departure lounges. To stay connected, you can access the "Airport_Free_Wifi" network for free in 4-hour sessions, which can be renewed as many times as you wish. There are also work areas with dedicated power outlets.

Food & Drink

The culinary offering is extensive. In Schiphol Plaza you will find restaurants, cafés, and fast-food outlets accessible to the general public. In the transit area (after security), the range includes themed bars, international cuisine restaurants, and “grab & go” options. Several establishments operate 24 hours a day.

Shopping

  • Schiphol Plaza: A shopping centre open to the general public seven days a week. It includes a full supermarket (Albert Heijn), clothing shops, electronics, a florist, and bookshops.
  • Today Duty Free: Located after security control. They offer perfumes, spirits, tobacco, chocolates, and duty-free souvenirs for international travellers.

Baggage Services

  • Trolleys: Available free of charge in Schiphol Plaza, the baggage reclaim area, and the car parks.
  • Left Luggage: Located in the basement (level -1) between Arrivals 1 and 2. Open 24 hours. Ideal for leaving large suitcases for several days.
  • Lockers: Automated lockers located after security control (Holland Boulevard and Departure Lounges 1 and 2) for storing hand luggage during short layovers.
  • Luggage Wrapping: “Seal & Go” service available in Departure Lounges 1 and 3.
  • Lost & Found: If you lost something in the terminal or at security checkpoints, you must complete the form on the official website. Found items are managed centrally. Report a lost item.

Other Services

Schiphol stands out for its unique facilities designed to enhance the passenger experience:

  • Wellbeing and Health: First aid centre (24 hours), pharmacy, showers, and XpresSpa.
  • Family: “Baby Care Lounge” in Holland Boulevard, a private space to bathe, change, and feed babies, with rest cabins for parents.
  • Culture and Relaxation: Library with books and iPads, meditation room, and relaxation areas in Holland Boulevard.
