Location: First floor, airside departures area, directly opposite gates 2 and 3 after security screening.

Hours: Open 24 hours a day, daily.

Amenities: Air conditioning, hot and cold buffet snacks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, coffee, dedicated workstations, high-speed Wi-Fi, televisions, and flight information displays.

Finances and Connectivity

• Wi-Fi: Free Wi-Fi access is available by connecting to the official network .AEROPORTO-WIFI-GRATIS-AENA.
• ATMs: Banco24Horas (Tecban) multi-bank automated teller machines are situated on the ground floor and operate 24 hours a day.
• Currency Exchange: There are no physical currency exchange counters at the terminal; travelers can withdraw Brazilian Reais from ATMs or exchange currency in the city.

Food and Drinks

Fast-food spot Salch&pão is open 24 hours on the ground floor, with an additional branch in the departures area. Other coffee shops and quick dining options such as A Casa do Bife are also available.

Shopping

Retail stores feature regional souvenirs, crafts, and apparel from Sergipe (such as Palhas da Terra on the first-floor departures level). As there are currently no scheduled international flights, duty-free shopping is not available.

Baggage Services

• Luggage Carts: Available free of charge in public concourses and arrivals areas.
• Luggage Wrapping: Protec Bag luggage sealing kiosk is located on the ground floor, operating across morning, afternoon, and night flight banks.
• Lost and Found: Managed by Aena Brasil Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Passengers can contact [email protected] or use their official web platform.
• Luggage Storage: The airport does not offer luggage lockers or left-luggage storage facilities.
