As the airport remains open 24 hours a day, it is possible to spend the night inside Sochi Airport if you have an early morning flight or are facing a long delay. Although the terminal is modern and secure, rest may be limited due to the design of the seating.

Where to rest

Most seats in the public and boarding areas are made of metal and feature fixed armrests, making it difficult to lie across multiple seats. It is recommended to look for areas on the second floor, which tend to be quieter and have lower passenger traffic during the night.

Comfort: Due to the air conditioning system, temperatures can drop significantly during the early hours of the morning, so it is advisable to bring blankets or warm clothing. If you prefer greater privacy and comfort, the VIP Lounges in Sectors B (domestic) and C (international) operate 24 hours a day and allow access via payment or membership programmes.

Dining and Shopping

You will not have any difficulty finding food during the night, as several cafés and fast-food outlets, such as Shokoladnitsa and Baboushka Canteen, operate 24 hours a day. Convenience stores and the Duty Free area (in the international sector) also remain open continuously.

Luggage and Security

For a more peaceful rest without worrying about your belongings, you can use the baggage storage service located on the first floor (Sector C), available 24 hours a day. The airport has permanent security surveillance, making it a safe environment for overnight travellers.

Hygiene and 24-hour Services

• Showers: Available exclusively within the Business Lounges (additional charges may apply).
• Connectivity: Wi-Fi access is free and unlimited throughout the terminal.
• Other services: ATMs, currency exchange offices, mother and child rooms and the first aid unit are available at all times.

Hotels: If resting inside the terminal is not an option for you, remember that several accommodation options are available within a 10-minute walk, such as the Sochi Airport Hotel and the Cube Hotel.

Although Sochi Airport does not have a hotel inside its terminals, its location in the Adler district allows easy walking access to several accommodation options situated just a few hundred metres away, making it convenient for passengers in transit or those with early morning flights.
