Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounge

Location: Level 2 post-security, situated between Departure Gates 4 and 5.

Hours: Daily from 5:00 am to 5:15 pm (adjusted according to Air Canada flight departure schedules).

Services: Complimentary light snacks and pastries, specialty coffee and tea, self-serve beer, wine and spirits, high-speed Wi-Fi, flight display monitors, and dedicated work desks with power outlets. This is an automated lounge where members scan their boarding pass or eligible digital credential at the entrance gate.

Access: Air Canada and Star Alliance business class ticket holders; Maple Leaf Club and United Club members; Aeroplan Super Elite, 75K, and 50K status holders; Star Alliance Gold members; and eligible premium Aeroplan credit cardholders (such as TD, CIBC, or American Express Aeroplan Reserve).

Regina Airport offers a comprehensive range of amenities across both levels of the passenger terminal to provide a seamless travel experience.

Banking and Connectivity

• Automated Teller Machines (ATMs): conveniently situated on the ground floor (arrivals hall) and on the second floor both before and past security.
• Complimentary Wi-Fi: free, unlimited high-speed wireless internet is accessible across the entire terminal by selecting the "YQR WiFi" network.
• Device Charging: power outlets and USB charging connections are built into seating units throughout the gate departure concourse.

Food and Dining

On Level 2 post-security, travelers can enjoy full meals, breakfasts, and local craft beers at Skyway Restaurant & Lounge, grab casual bites at 306 Bistro & Bar, or visit Tim Hortons (open daily from 4:00 am to 7:30 pm). In the pre-security arrivals area on Level 1, 306 Express serves coffee, baked goods, and grab-and-go items. Snack and drink vending machines operate 24 hours a day throughout the building.

Shopping and Retail

Relay outlets and newsstands located post-security offer books, magazines, electronics accessories, snacks, travel essentials, and Saskatchewan souvenirs. Duty-free shopping is available on select international departures.

Baggage Services

• Luggage Carts: accessible near baggage claim carousels and terminal entry doors.
• Storage Lockers: there are no luggage storage or locker facilities available on airport grounds due to federal aviation security rules.
• Lost and Found: for items misplaced within public areas of the terminal, contact Airport Security at +1 306 761 7561 (8:00 am to 10:00 pm) or email [email protected]. For items left on an aircraft, contact the operating airline directly.

Additional Amenities

Water fountains and bottle filling stations on both floors, an unsupervised children's play structure in the post-security departures lounge, and two designated service animal and pet relief areas (one outside adjacent to the parking area and one indoors after the security checkpoint).
