Parking tickets may be purchased from one of the three ticket dispensers located in the Main parking lot, and both the South and North Lot. Long term parking may also be purchased through Airport Security or from the Connections Cafe’. If your travel plans keep you away longer than expected, contact Airport Security at 250-245-7093 to arrange for a parking extension.
Phones, ATM and water fountain are all wheelchair accessible as well as all washrooms. Braille signage is located at washroom entrances and there is one doorless entry washroom available. The Airport Terminal is equipped with large signage in contrasting colours. Wheelchair service can be provided by the air carriers from the check-in area to the departure gate and out to the aircraft. Advance notice when booking flights is helpful.
