Vladivostok Airport offers comfort areas designed to improve the passenger waiting experience, with facilities available for both domestic and international flights in Terminal A.

Laguna Lounge

Located on the third floor of the main terminal in the domestic departures area (near boarding gate 6). This lounge is designed for passengers travelling within Russia.

• Opening hours: Open 24 hours.
• Services: Snack buffet, hot and cold drinks, air conditioning, television, newspapers and magazines, high-speed Wi-Fi access, device charging stations and business facilities (printer/copier).
• Access: Via memberships (such as Grey Wall or RUS Priority), business class passengers of partner airlines, or by paying an entry fee at the door. Maximum stay is 3 hours.

Primorye Lounge

Located on the third floor of Terminal A, after security and passport control in the international departures area, next to gate 3.

• Opening hours: Open 24 hours.
• Services: Selection of snacks and light meals, drinks, international press, telephones, Wi-Fi access, a work area with printers and a quiet environment away from the main terminal flow.
• Access: International business class passengers, airline loyalty card holders, members of lounge access programmes (Grey Wall, RUS Priority), or direct payment at reception.

 Facilities and other services

The airport offers a full range of services to ensure a comfortable and functional stay, with most facilities concentrated in Terminal A, distributed accessibly across its three levels.

Finance and Connectivity

On the first and third floors of the terminal you will find ATMs from the main national banks, available 24 hours a day. Next to the check-in counters in the international area there is a currency exchange office. The airport also has a Russian Post office located on level 1. In addition, the airport provides free Wi-Fi throughout all public areas and waiting lounges. For mobile services, there are kiosks from local mobile operators in the arrivals area where SIM cards can be purchased.

Food and Beverage

The dining offer is varied and includes Russian and Asian cuisine restaurants, specialty cafés and fast-food outlets. Most of these establishments are located on the third floor (departures area), although there are also options on the ground floor. Several venues operate 24 hours a day to serve passengers on night flights, complemented by vending machines offering drinks and snacks throughout the terminal.

Shopping and Duty Free

In the international departure area (level 3), passengers can access Duty Free shops with a wide selection of perfumes, spirits and luxury goods. In the public and domestic departure areas, you will find shops specialising in regional products such as vacuum-packed seafood, taiga honey, local handicrafts, amber jewellery and souvenirs from the Primorye region. There is also a pharmacy and press kiosks on the third level.

Baggage Services

• Luggage trolleys: Available free of charge in the arrivals and departures areas, as well as in the parking zones.
• Luggage wrapping: Plastic wrapping stations are available to protect suitcases on the first floor, within the public hall, on both sides of the escalator.
• Luggage storage: The left luggage office is located on the first floor of the terminal and operates 24 hours a day without interruption.
• Lost property: In case of lost belongings inside the terminal, you should go to the assistance office on the first floor or check at the central information desk.

Other Services

The airport has a 24-hour first aid station on the first floor to handle any medical emergencies. There are also baby changing and nursing rooms located in the main restrooms, as well as a prayer room on the second level. For business travellers, the Venice Hotel, located a few metres from the terminal, offers conference and meeting facilities.
