Lounges, facilities and services at USH Airport

The airport features a dedicated VIP lounge for passengers waiting for departing flights.

Departure Area

W Lounge Ushuaia

Location: Upper floor (Level 1), inside the boarding area, opposite security screening and near Gate 6. Available for both domestic and international departing flights.

Hours: From 06:30 to 22:00 (or adjusted between the first and last scheduled departing flights).

Amenities: Buffet snacks and refreshments, selected alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, high-speed Wi-Fi, television, real-time flight monitors, electronic charging outlets, and panoramic runway views towards the Beagle Channel. Note: restrooms are not located inside the lounge (passengers use the terminal facilities adjacent to the lounge).

Access: Via Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass (Visa Airport Companion), Mastercard Airport Experiences, The Platinum Card from American Express, partner programs like DreamFolks and Mileonair, or pay-at-the-door single-visit access subject to capacity.

Ushuaia International Airport provides passenger services across its two terminal floors.

Finance and Connectivity

• ATM: cash dispenser available in the main public concourse on the ground floor.
• Currency exchange: official exchange bureau Trocar in the public arrivals area.
• Free Wi-Fi: public network Aeropuerto Ush Free accessible terminal-wide (standard password: Invitados2020!).
• Charging stations: fast USB charging ports located in public and departure lounge areas.

Food and Dining

A drugstore and café operate on the ground floor public hall, while the upper-floor boarding lounge features a bar and café offering light meals, sandwiches, hot drinks, and refreshments open in sync with scheduled departures.

Shopping and Duty-Free

• Duty Free Shop Atlántico Sur: duty-free store managed by London Supply in the departures area, open from 07:00 until the last flight.
• The Tourist Box: regional products, souvenirs, and gifts located in the ground floor departure area.
• Ulen Recuerdos Artesanales: regional crafts and local souvenirs.

Baggage Services

Free luggage carts are available throughout the terminal, designed to accommodate standard suitcases as well as ski bags and winter gear. A protective luggage wrapping service operates in the public hall. No storage lockers or left luggage facilities exist at the airport.

Other Services

Emergency medical assistance and first aid are provided by Bahía Salud. Lost and found inquiries are handled by airport administration in conjunction with the Airport Security Police (PSA), reachable at [email protected]. There is no pharmacy in the terminal.
