Seville Airport, or Seville-San Pablo Airport, opened in 1929, is one of the busiest in Spain. It operates with domestic and international flights to European countries and Morocco.

Public and private transportation

Bus - Line EA (Especial Aeropuerto) from Transportes Urbanos de Sevilla (Tel +34 902 459 954) runs to Plaza de Armas, in the city centre, with intermediate stops at strategic points, such as the train station, Santa Justa terminal, San Bernardo and Paseo Colón. It leaves from in front of the terminal between 5:20 am and 0:50 am, with a journey time of approximately 35 minutes. Tickets, which can be acquired from the driver, have a cost of €4.00. Taxi - The trip to downtown Seville has a fixed fare that depends on the day of the week and the hour of the day: Mondays through Fridays between 7:00 am and 9:00 pm - €22.20; weekdays from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am, weekends and holidays - €24.75; during the April Fair between 9:00 pm and 7:00 am - €30.93.
