Trelew Airport is not set up for overnight stays or extended sleepovers. While air traffic control remains operational 24 hours, the terminal building opens primarily around scheduled commercial flight windows. It does not offer comfortable rest zones, as the public seating has armrests and terminal lighting stays on.

Available Overnight Services

During late-night and early-morning hours, dining facilities, shops, and rental car desks are closed. Only airport security staff (PSA), the ATM, and complimentary Wi-Fi remain accessible. If you have an overnight layover or an early flight, booking a hotel in downtown Trelew or Puerto Madryn is advised.
