• Terminal 1: Located on the second floor, next to Gate 130. Hours: 5:30 a.m. to 10:15 p.m.
• Terminal 2: The flagship lounge, located on the third floor next to passport control (access via the stairs next to Gate 208). Hours: 5:30 a.m. to 10:15 p.m.

Access: Copa Airlines Business Class passengers, ConnectMiles Gold, Platinum, and Presidential Platinum members, First Class or Business Class passengers traveling with Star Alliance airlines, Star Alliance Gold members, or through Priority Pass, LoungeKey, Diners Club, United Club, or Air Canada Maple Leaf Club memberships.

The Lounge Panama by Global Lounge Network

This lounge is located in Terminal 1, in the departures area, near Gates 101-115 (across from "Panama Store"). It is open 24 hours a day and allows a maximum stay of 3 hours. Facilities include relaxation areas, workstations with printers, a children's area, snacks, beverages, showers, Wi-Fi, and TV.

Access: Through Priority Pass, LoungeKey, or Diners Club membership, online reservation, or pay-at-the-door access (approximately USD 38.00).

The Lounge (Terminal 2)

Located in the new Terminal 2, this lounge can be accessed by taking the escalators to the third floor near Gate 204. It is open 24 hours exclusively to passengers on international flights. Facilities include a cinema, meeting room, showers, snacks, beverages, newspapers, and magazines.

Access: Through Priority Pass, LoungeKey, or Diners Club membership, or by paying at the door (approximately USD 38.00). The maximum stay is 3 hours.

Tocumen Royal Saloon

Unlike the lounges mentioned above, this lounge is located on the third level of Terminal 1, in the public area (before security), next to "Irene's Boutique." It is ideal for passengers arriving early at the airport or waiting for someone outside the departures area. It is open from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

It offers Wi-Fi, computers, office services (printers/fax), refreshments, beverages, and television. The maximum stay is 4 hours.

Access: Priority Pass, LoungeKey, or Diners Club memberships, or pay-at-the-door access (indicative rates starting at USD 37.45 for 4 hours).

 Facilities and other services

At both terminals, you will find ATMs from various national and international banks. Terminal 1 has a branch of Banco Nacional de Panamá, open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. There are also multiple currency exchange booths located throughout the arrivals and departures areas of both buildings.

Wi-Fi: The airport offers free internet access for 60 minutes. Once this time has expired, you can opt for paid services or access the private networks available in the VIP lounges.

Power: Charging stations and power outlets for mobile devices are available throughout the waiting areas and boarding zones of both terminals.

Dining

The dining options are varied, ranging from international restaurants to bars, specialty coffee shops, and fast-food outlets. Many of these establishments, especially in the transit areas of Terminal 2, remain open 24 hours a day to serve overnight flights.

Baggage

Baggage Storage: If you need to leave your belongings for a few hours or days, the airport offers a luggage storage service located on Level 100 of Terminal 1, next to the National Police office.

Baggage Wrapping: On the departures levels of both terminals, you will find baggage-wrapping stations that use protective plastic film for added security during the flight.

Lost and Found

If you have lost any belongings inside the terminals, you should go to the Lost and Found office, located on Level 100 of Terminal 1, next to the car rental companies.
