Piura airport

Capitán FAP Guillermo Concha Iberico International Airport, opened on November 9, 1953, serves the city of Piura and the department of the same name and is one of the most important in the country. It operates domestic flights to and from Lima.

The airport is located in the district of Castilla, 5 km (3.1 miles) east of downtown Piura.

Taxi

Private or shared services are available from Servitours (Tel +51 981 000 711), Turismo Master M&M (Tel +51 964 698 106) and Jaysatour Beach (Tel +51 983 485 322). Stops are located outside the terminal and the ride to the city center takes about 25 minutes.

Inside the terminal, there are offices of Rent a Car 3B (Tel +51 1 979 685 374 - 8:30 am to 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm to 6:30 pm) and Sixt (Tel +51 1 444 3050 - 7:00 am to 9:00 pm).

An outdoor parking area is available in front of the terminal building.

Passengers requiring special assistance or wheelchairs should inform their airline or travel agent of their needs prior to arrival.

There are no accommodations at the site. The nearest hotels are within the city, and some have shuttle buses for their guests.
