The airport offers several lounge options spread across its three terminals to enhance the passenger experience, with amenities ranging from local cuisine to relaxation areas.

Leeli Lounge

Located in the international departures area, on the first floor of the boarding hall (after security and immigration controls). It is the main lounge for business class passengers of various airlines and also allows access by paying at the door. It is open 24 hours a day and offers a wide selection of buffet meals, snacks, non-alcoholic drinks, high-speed Wi-Fi, computer workstations, international newspapers and magazines, and comfortable seating areas. It is worth noting that this lounge generally does not accept memberships such as Priority Pass.

Neeri Lounge

Situated on the ground floor of the international terminal, near Gate 4 (boarding area). Opening hours are coordinated with international flight operations. It provides a modern and relaxed atmosphere with Wi-Fi, a selection of snacks, speciality coffee, television and reading materials. Access is available through direct payment.

Moonimaa Lounge

Located in the domestic terminal, in the public area (before passing through security), to the right of the main entrance. It is open from 5:00 am until the departure of the last scheduled domestic flight. Maximum stay is limited to 2 hours. Facilities include showers, Wi-Fi, a spa (additional charges apply), hot and cold buffet meals, and a children's play area. Access: Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass and Diners Club members, or payment at the door.

Koveli Lounge

Located in the domestic terminal, within the boarding area (after security screening). Operated by the airport authority, this lounge offers a quiet environment for domestic passengers, with Wi-Fi, snacks, beverages and air conditioning.

Huvandhumaa Lounge

Situated on the ground floor of the Noovilu Seaplane Terminal, after security screening. It operates from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, in line with daylight hours during which seaplanes operate. Amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, television, luggage storage and refreshments. Access: Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass and Diners Club memberships.

Maamahi Executive Lounge

Located in the separate VIP/CIP Terminal building. This premium service offers private check-in, immigration and baggage handling procedures within the lounge itself, in addition to exclusive transfers to the aircraft. It is ideal for passengers seeking maximum privacy and efficiency.

 Facilities and other services

Dining

The airport features a wide range of dining options, mainly concentrated within the International Terminal and the Waterfront Foodcourt area, located near the arrivals section. You will find fast food outlets, speciality coffee shops and international restaurants such as Burger King, Pizza Hut, KFC, Coffee Club, Thai Express and Dairy Queen. Most of these establishments operate extended hours to match flight schedules.

Shopping

A large duty-free area is located within the international departures section, offering perfumes, cosmetics, alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, chocolates and luxury watches. There are also convenience stores and souvenir shops selling local handicrafts, spices, beachwear and products related to Maldivian marine life.

Baggage

• Trolleys: Available free of charge in the arrivals halls and check-in areas.
• Baggage storage: A left-luggage service is available through the information desk in the International Terminal (near the arrivals area). It is ideal for passengers with several hours to wait before boarding a seaplane or ferry transfer to the capital.
• Baggage wrapping: Plastic wrapping services are available in the international departures hall before the check-in counters.
• Lost and found: In the event of lost belongings within the terminals, passengers should contact the information desk staff or complete the official contact form.

Other Services

• Connectivity: Free Wi-Fi access is available for a limited period (typically 25 to 30 minutes). For longer connections, internet kiosks and mobile phone shops (Dhiraagu and Ooredoo) are available in the arrivals hall, where local SIM cards can be purchased.
• Financial Services: ATMs from local banks such as Bank of Maldives and currency exchange offices operate 24 hours a day in the International Terminal.
• Health and Well-being: The airport has a 24-hour emergency medical clinic and pharmacy.
• Religious and Care Facilities: Prayer rooms (mosques) for men and women are available throughout the airport, as well as dedicated baby care and changing rooms.
• Showers: Available mainly inside the lounges and in designated areas of the International Terminal for transit passengers.
