Terminal 1

Terminal 2

Air New Zealand International Lounge - Situated on the first floor. Temporarily closed. Light refreshments and bar, Wi-Fi, business facilities, newspapers and magazines, TV, showers. Access: with Koru Club, Airpoints Gold or Elite membership, business class passengers from Air New Zealand, first or business class passengers from Star Alliance airlines, Star Alliance Gold members.

American Express Lounge - Opposite gate 7. Temporarily closed. Drinks, TV, computers, food, Wi-Fi. Access: American Express Platinum, Business Platinum, Platinum Corporate, Centurion or Business Centurion cardholders.

Cathay Pacific Lounge - Level 1. Temporarily closed. Selection of food and drinks, printers, photocopiers, workstations, Wi-Fi, luggage storage, newspapers and magazines, showers. Access: with Marco Polo Club Diamond, Gold or Silver or Cargo Clan Elite membership, first or business class passengers from Cathay Pacific and Oneworld airlines, Emerald or Sapphire members.

Emirates Lounge - It is found on the third level, by gate 10. Temporarily closed. Gourmet cuisine, beverages, Wi-Fi, showers. Access: with Skywards Gold or Platinum membership, first or business class passengers from Emirates.

Marhaba Lounge - Level 3, between gates 9 and 11. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 6:30 pm to 0:00 am, the rest of the days from 5:00 am to 9:00 am and from 6:30 pm to 0:00 am. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Left luggage service, buffet, bar, showers, computers, press, telephones, fax, TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi. Access: with Priority Pass membership or by paying at the door.

Plaza Premium Lounge - Next to gate 9. Temporarily closed. Computers, refreshments, beverages, Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, newspapers and magazines. Access: with DragonPass membership, through online booking or by paying at the door.

Qantas International Lounge - Level 1, next to gates 5-11. Temporarily closed. Restaurant, bar, spa, showers, Wi-Fi, computers, meeting room, private suites, library, newspapers and magazines. Access: with Qantas Platinum One, Platinum Frequent Flyer, Gold Frequent Flyer, Qantas Club, Emirates Platinum or Gold Skyward membership, first or business class passengers from Qantas, Emirates and Oneworld airlines, Emerald or Sapphire members.

Singapore Airlines SilverKris Lounge - On level 1, from 7:30 am to 10:30 am, from 1:30 pm to 4:40 pm and from 9:35 pm to 0:35 am. Food and light snacks, Wi-Fi, computers, showers, TV. Access: with PPS Club or KrisFlyer Elite Gold membership, first or business class passengers from Singapore Airlines or Star Alliance airlines, Star Alliance Gold members.

The House - Above gate 10, available Tuesdays and from Thursday to Sunday from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, showers, beverages, press, children's area, TV. Access: with Priority Pass, DragonPass, Etihad Guest Gold or Platinum membership, first or business class passengers from Etihad Airways, or by paying at the door.

Terminal 3

Virgin Australia Lounge - It is located on the mezzanine floor of Terminal 3 and opens 60 minutes before the first Virgin Australia flight until the last. Complimentary food and beverages, showers, TV, Wi-Fi, newspapers, magazines, business facilities, plugs for electric devices. Access: with Virgin Australia Lounge, Velocity Platinum or Gold membership, business class passengers from Virgin Australia, or by paying at the door.

Terminal 4

Rex Lounge - By gate 30. Open from Sunday to Friday between 7:30 am and 7:30 pm, Saturdays from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm. Wi-Fi, business centre, TV, food, drinks. Access: with Priority Pass or Diners Club membership.

There are duty-free shops in terminals 1 and 2. There are also stores selling fashion and accessories, perfumes, cosmetics, books, newspapers and magazines, souvenirs, regional products, electronics, sweets.

Baggage

Secure luggage wrapping in the check-in hall of Terminal 2, from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm (Tel +61 393 103 952). Left luggage service in the Arrivals area of Terminal 2, from 6:00 am to 0:00 am (Tel +61 419 395 921). All lost property enquiries must be made online by using the following FORM.
